Dec 12,2023I started the English course really lacking in confidence but over time I started to gain in confidence and my knowledge increased tremendously. I did not expect to complete the course in such a short amount of time. It really was a very good experience; I received great support and very helpful feedback from my tutor Stephane, which ended in a brilliant final result and me gaining a lot more confidence in my new skills and enabling me to achieve my goal. Dec 08,2023Everything started out well with enrolment for a TA course , I had a date set for me to meet my tutor over zoom but no time. The day prior to it stating I contacted the enrolment lady to ask what time. I had an email straight back saying it was actually that day in 5 minutes time! I left work and took a days pay cut only to arrive home and after lots of back and forth be told actually it was tomorrow, mistakes happen and I brushed it of the following day I joined the zoom waiting room to meet my tutor Alice, I waited over an hour and she never showed up , again contacted enrolment who said there must be an issue and Alice would call me instead but I could get on with the course . No one ever contacted me and I had to navigate the site myself only to get a snotty email some days later because I hadn’t known I needed to log my time on the site on another website even though If they looked they wound see I had completed unit 1 it took over a Week to mark the work I did do, I then got another email of Alice saying I hadn’t met my 18 hours ( even though I’d explained already why ) and that she was going to take me of the course! At this point Iv told them to go ahead and do that , the whole experience was unprofessional and communication after the enrolment extremely poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would stay well clear.

Dec 07,2023This course has been a great way to kick start my new career path. The flexibility of working around your own life commitments and the ability to independently research in my spare time as well as completing assessments has allowed me to get through the last 10 weeks of studying with ease. The support from my tutor has been brilliant as Laura has got me through the course with step by step support and no question was too silly or unimportant. I will be doing further courses with Think Employment and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to study with more flexibility!

Dec 04,2023I have done “Support Work in Schools & Colleges” course and it was amazing. I have learned so much during these 10 weeks. At first the idea of spending 18 hours a week studying seemed a bit much but it was so engaging, it pushed me to do so much independent research and learning besides the course many new things. My tutor Laura was extremely helpful, helping me quickly every time I asked for help and gave me guidance when I was a little stuck. I found the website easy to go through. Thank you Laura and Think Employment

My tutor Laura was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries I had. I enjoyed this course very much and I look forward to being able to put the knowledge I have gained into practice.

Nov 29,2023Alice and Janet have been absolutely amazing through out my course, they have made it really easy for me to absorb the information by the cheerful way they carry out each lesson , i especially like the way Alice can remember everything i have said in an answer or suggestion i might have, she really goes into detail to reinforce my knowledge its really helpful and encouraging. Everything is very clear in my lessons and i don't think i would have enjoyed it as much if i had other tutors. i feel like they should be very proud, they have created that full circle for me, my course holistically is about the development of children and being a good role model, and they have been that for me, the way they teach is really infectious, i have had such a good experience so far and i have my tutors to thank 100% Thank you so much :)

Nov 28,2023I have just completed a course on Support work I. Schools and colleges. The course was enjoyable and definitely full of content. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get into a role working with children. My tutor was amazing. Her feedback was always on point and she helped me push myself to achieve more, including being a reference for me when I applied for a job. Everyone was friendly and I am glad I enrolled
