Feb 21,2025I completed the SEN Level 2 Teaching assistant course with Think Employment and could not be more pleased with the course and everything involved. The course was filled with so much information which enabled me to pass every module. My tutor Aimee Horsely was brilliant in helping me get through all my work and replying to any mails I sent with any questions I had. She went above and beyond to encourage and make sure I would complete the course and pass! Couldn’t be more grateful for all the hard work she has put in. Thank you

Feb 18,2025I did the teaching assistant course with think employment. My tutors being Janet and Alice. Both are fantastic nothing is too much for them. Always reply with great help, always happy to help with whatever questions and since the course I now have a job as a teaching assistant in a reception class, I couldn’t thank them all enough. Definitely recommend

Feb 11,2025I had virtually no tutor support for the cyber security level 3 course. Then, when I had completed the course, I heard nothing from them at all. I started the course in April 2024 and I submitted the final unit (on time) at the end of July 2024. It is now February 2025. I have tried to communicate with them several times. All they ever say (if I get a reply) is that they are short of staff but that my completed course will be marked and not to worry. I don't believe them anymore. They have made no effort to contact me at all. It's like they get the government funding for you as a student and then forget about you. All they had to do was keep me informed. Not good.

Feb 10,2025Communication between tutor very robotic and lacking human traits. No zoom class or any type of human interaction. You feel alone often . No real understanding of personal situations you might be going through . Id avoid these tbh

Feb 08,2025I have just finished the last of my live sessions for the L3 Teaching Support course, and I can't thank the tutors enough for running such a great course. They all have their own individual ways of delivering their classes, Stefane is hilarious and his classes are always engaging. Alice is so thorough, communicates everything so well and goes out of her way to respond to emails and queries. Emma has a great way of getting the students to engage through lots of breakout room activities. Jo-Anne who is the employment manager was so helpful in arranging and paying for my DBS and provided a reference to a teaching agency for me within a few days of me asking her. The only negative is that tutors are slow to mark assignments, which can be frustrating when you've spent hours doing the assignments. Overall I loved the course and I feel well equipped to start work in a school.

Feb 04,2025The training has many assessments and the tutor makes sure you get it right. they respond to your email right away for any questions you may have. I am truly grateful to Helen wild and India Lomas for helping me to complete this course. at the end i had some personal difficulties which prevented me from completing on time, but they Graciously extend my completion time and i was able to complete the course. Thank you so much

She is very supportive and understanding which helped me to do the course without stress. Laura is amazing at tracking our progress, and it's her timely reminders and constructive feedback that helped me to complete all the assignments.

Jan 31,2025I was on the gaming design gamer course but had to withdraw near the end of the year due to life and work. But what I experienced was amazing. There was a guy on the phone called Christian that was so helpful and gave me lots of information but in a really nice format as I have autism and he understood how I felt and processed stuff. He was able to help me whenever I needed it too. He was fun to talk to so I felt happy to speak to him. The tutors brien and ben were really good and taught really well. I wish life didn't get so hectic so I could have finished the course. They taught us how to made games and model it really opened my eyes to different areas of the work. The gaming course is worth it if you don't work and want to get into gaming!!!!

Jan 30,2025I'm currently studying towards my level 3 in teaching support and it is going very well. I'm so impressed with this course I think its fantastic. The content is easy to follow and the assessment questions can be tough but you recieve a lot of support if you need it. I enjoy all of my live sessions especially with Alice. Alice is a great tutor and is very kind and informative. She explains things very well and is always happy to answer I have regarding the content or assessment questions. Her lessons are fun and exciting and I genuinely feel like I get a lot from them and Alice makes me feel assured and confident and supported. I couldn't thank her enough for her teaching and the effort she puts in her lessons! Emma ad stephane are also great. Stephane always makes me laugh and he explains things well. The modules on the course are well taught out and the delivery is great. I believe that after doing the modules, i feel more confident in my abilities. The moodle website and booking form is also easy to use and the course is very flexible allowing you to choose when you want to do your lessons. I also am very grateful for jake my employment coach who helped me with creating a much better CV and for helping me build my confidence with interviews in 1 to 1 sessions and he also assisted me in the process of getting my DBS check. The only negative things I can say about the course and what I think could be improved is the marking of assessment questions as it can take a long time to get feedback. But other than that the rest of the course is great. The fact that this is a fully funded course and your dbs is free is amazing and I am so thankful for this experience as it is really great. I 100% would recommened this course to anyone interested in becoming a teaching assistant.

Jan 29,2025I recently completed and passed the Early Years Teaching Assistant course with Think Employment which consisted of two different courses. Their system was very easy to use and I found the courses absolutely brilliant, full of information along with opportunities for me to do my own research. My assigned tutor (India) was amazing, quickly responding to my messages and encouraging. Within weeks of completing the course I had an interview for a TA position and was offered the job, this wouldn’t have been possible without the course I completed.

I have gained a lot of knowledge and developed many skills to strengthen my abilities to use for my experiences. Alice, Janet and Stephane are truly amazing tutors who are patient, supportive and extremely kind. They always find the time to care, understand, explain and share information regarding topics or personal issues making the course easier to manage. I have definitely learnt a lot from Alice my allocated assessment tutor who marks my work. She always gives me positive feedback, encouragement and makes you feel you are not alone when things get hard. I appreciate all that she has done for me to help me achieve and complete this course successfully and I would 100% recommend others. Also, I am grateful to Jo Daley for helping me to find employment sources and to Jack for helping me to do a fantastic CV, such a great team and a fantastic experience. Jan 27,2025Just completing my level 3 TA course and really enjoyed it. The live sessions are interesting and interactive. The questions on moodle have a guidance document to help clarify them but there is also plenty of opportunities for questions and support from the tutors. The tutors have been absolutely amazing!! So so supportive and have really helped not only boost my knowledge but also my confidence and self esteem!

Feb 24,2025I recently had a session with Mr. Jake for my CV preparation, and I was thoroughly impressed with the guidance and thoughts that he had provided. Jake was super helpful and very professional throughout our session. He took the time to address all my doubts, regardless of their size. His inputs were very much to the point, which made it easy for me to understand the necessary changes for my CV. Thanks to Jake's guidance, I now have a brilliant CV and would definitely recommend Mr Jake to anyone who want to enhance their CV.
