We also have over 20 years helping people achieve qualifications in Functional Skills Maths Level 2 and Functional Skills English Level 2.

The way of breaking it down into units made it achievable to complete and easier to fit around family life. My tutor Alice was amazing and helped me when needed and it's so nice to know that you have that help.

I had a wonderful tutor and lots of great support, they were professional and supportive to ensure I completed the module, I am a mother and I didn't feel pressured, they were understanding and helpful . I have received my certificates and am glad to have used think employment, I will be happy to enrol into other courses with them in the future.

My tutor India was amazing, she was always supportive and took time to respond to any queries and break things down for me if I was having trouble understanding anything!! Oct 11,2022Loved this course. Was easy to get stuck into. Loved how I could contact and chat with my tutor whenever I needed (even if it was late in the evening after putting my son to bed). Cannot wait to see where this leads now :)

Aug 31,2022I have recently completed the level 2 Teaching Assistant course with Think Employment and can't recommend it highly enough to anyone thinking of doing it! Being able to fit my studying around looking after my 2 year old daughter was great and although I found it hard going at times the help, support and encouragement I received from my tutor Alice was amazing, she was always on hand whenever I needed. Thank you Think Employment and Alice for the opportunity to gain this qualification and the helping hand in achieving my career goal!

Aug 26,2022I would like to thank think employment, for giving the chance to prove to myself that i am capable of achieving things with the right support. I always knew that when a problem acquired all i had to do was email and within the next day i had a reply and the matter solved. Knowing that there was support for me made me feel more at ease. By doing the course i did not feel the pressure to complete it and I was able to sit in my own time and complete it, being a mother of 3 and juggling daily life, I found it very easy to sit at night and do it. Within doing the course I gained the confidence to bite the bullet and finally attempt to get a job within a school, where as before i had took 2 years off working and lost a lot of confidence. My coach was amazing person, she was easy to talk and very understanding. Thank you so much. So glad that i was given the information for think employment and what i felt like a second chance to prove to myself that I am able capable of anything.

I have managed to complete my course whilst being a busy mum and still continuing my part time job. I feel very grateful to have been given the time to complete the course with no rushing or pressure, a really lovely experience overall. To be able to complete the course at my own pace and at any time that I had available was great. The support you have available to you was what helped the most.

She was very supportive whilst encouraging me to go the extra mile. The platform was very user friendly and it was great to study in my own time. Thank you for all your help and coaching- a very professional experience. The employability element gives you confidence to believe in yourself and work out of your comfort zone. The whole experience was positive and I would use Think Employment again. Fantastic support and management of expectations.
