He's great at explaining complex stuff and patiently guiding you through practical tasks, no matter your prior experience and knowledge. The course is packed with useful info for budding marketers and those wanting to boost their businesses. Craig's teaching is top-notch. He's professional and funny. He always knows how to keep your attention and answer your questions. The course support team will help you every step of the way if you need it. Overall, if you want to learn about digital marketing, this course is a great option, and we need more tutors like Craig!

It gave me the flexibility I needed to complete the course Support Work in Schools and Colleges it's amazing as allows you to study in your free time. I have dreamed for so long to become a teaching assistant but never get the chance to do a course that allows me to study in my free time and to be as good and complet as this one it covers everything you need to start your career. I just can not thank Alice Vasey enough for her constant support ,she helped me evrytime when I needed a help. She is an excellent tutor that really gives the support and encouragement that you need. Sep 19,2023I tried to sit my maths exam on 18/09/23. I joined the zoom call with the exam invigilator 15 minutes early as recommended. All software had worked, I have a fast internet speed etc. However, my exam was cancelled due to ātechnical difficultiesā. Instead of using a pc/laptop, I used my iPad with my Magic Keyboard. I have got through my current course with this equipment and have never had any issues. Apple products are simple enough for me to use as I need extra accessibility. If I hadnāt mentioned what I was using to complete my exam, nobody would have known. I was then told that because the ātechnical difficultiesā was on my behalfā¦ I would have to pay another Ā£200 to resit this exam. I didnāt qualify for funding for the exam and I am an individual, not a company. Ā£200 is a lot of money to waste for nothing. I was then told as a kind gesture, they would only charge me Ā£150 for my exam. So for potentially Ā£350 I would be sitting my exam, with no guarantee to pass and the possibility of having to pay this AGAIN for a resit. Many people do not have access to a laptop or PC, for whatever reason. If the software works on various devices, they should be taken into consideration. Despite me questioning why I canāt use my iPad and keyboard (because it does everything that a laptop/pc does, just with an added high-sensitivity touch screen), no one could give me an answer.

Sep 18,2023Just successfully completed a functional math level 2 course. The qualification was necessary for me to be able to apply for a masters degree course. always averse to math, I found the prospect rather daunting. I needn't have worried. The course was conducted virtually and flexibly so that I was able to get on with work and other matters and still find time for the course. My tutor, Katie, put me at ease from the word go, being both knowledgeable of the subject matter and patient in her approach. Always promptly responsive to my queries and wise enough to determine when I was ready to take the exam. I thank and recommend my tutor and the whole team for the great work.

Sep 15,2023For many years I have dreamed about becoming a teaching assistant but there has never been a possibility for me to partake in a course that enables me to do so. Think employment has allowed me to study around 3 young children whilst being on maternity leave and has allowed me to study at my own pace. The tutors are extremely helpful during the live sessions and also offer support whenever it is needed after the course, whether that be to help me understand further or to help me understand what is required on the assigned questions. Tutor Alice has been amazing, I have never come across a tutor that is so understanding and helpful. She answers emails with such urgency and goes above and beyond to help in any way possible. She has slowed down on the live sessions to enable me to write thorough notes, she has answered any and all questions and even gone further to find more information to help answer any questions i have. When I first joined the course I was filled with anxiety and fear, I hated speaking up and giving my opinion, but within the first 2 weeks of working with Alice I have felt so much more at ease, I feel confident enough to answer questions and give my opinions. She has helped me to believe in myself and has not only helped me to hopefully gain a qualification but she has also helped me to build my self esteem and confidence which has made a positive impact on my personal life in many ways. I am coming to the end of my course and I could not recommend think employment and Alice enough.

Sep 11,2023Iām just finishing a Digital Marketing course and it has been the most informative and fun course I think Iāve ever done. Craig is outstanding and walks you through a full on itinerary with ease - he is funny, knowledgeable, patient and kind, and is happy to share snippets of his personal life which beats any soap on TV. Gillian OāBrien was equally suppportive and I look forward to continuing to work with her over the next six months.

Aug 25,2023I am really happy with the sessions and support we are getting from Alice and Janet. they make all aspects so clear and we discuss so much in the sessions. when I come out of these live session I feel so happy, as they cover the work and aspect so greatly and I am clear on the progression and what to do next. I must say the tutors are so great l, kind and helpful when there are issues. All issues are resolved straight away and if we have concerns and obligations we are,supported so we'll. Thanks to also Stephane as we were given clear instructions in his sessions too and I feel we wl have more lessons next week when Alice is on holiday. All three work together to offer the best service. thanks from the bottom of my heart. I really recommend this course to anyone that is looking for a level 3 Teaching assistant course as gives you everything you need to develop skills to grow and knowledge.

She was always there to help me along and helped me when i got stuck. It was so good to be able to do it in my own time and around home commitments.i would definitely complete another course . Most importantly, the tutor, Craig, was brilliant at delivering the course, the sessions were engaging, interesting and easy to understand even when the subjects got quite technical. The online learning environment was always friendly. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn about digital marketing, the knowledge and skills I developed during the course is very valuable and will be very useful.

His manner, patience and knowledge of the subjects is great and nothing was ever too much for him. This is a great course for people of all levels wanted to learn or increase their knowledge and skills in digital marketing.

Jul 29,2023I found the digital marketing course on the gov.uk website and applied. The service has been fantastic! From interviewing, finding out if the DM course would suit my business needs, explaining how it works, what all the units are and getting me onboard. My main teacher was Craig who was great and has a sense of humour too. He knows how to explain marketing concepts and website design well, get you motivated to do the tasks and answer your queries or help deal with problems. Actually all the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. They have a fantastic system for attending live sessions, reviewing and follow up practise and additional learning and business planning. You get the whole package.

I am a mum of 2 young children and work part time and I found fitting in my required learning hours to be easily done 99% of the time. My tutor Laura has been invaluable during the course, always on hand to help with any support I have needed throughout. She offered fantastic feedback which made any resubmissions that I had so much more managable. I would definitely recommend think employment to anyone looking to do an online course.

Sep 29,2023Just finished my teaching assistant course with think employment I had such a great time all the staff was absolutely amazing just so great so helpful. Every teacher and student I interacted with are all lovely people I think this was one of my best experiences on an online course. I would definitely recommend them anyone interested in this course should definitely go with think employment. I got lot of help from the staff they just feel more like friends then teachers šššš
