Jan 25,2024Recently completed a level 3 teaching assistant Bootcamp course with think employment which ran from August-December it was very enjoyable and I learnt lots Janet Singleton was my main tutor and she was fantastic really helpful also had a few lessons with Alice and Stephane who were also very helpful would recommend

Jan 13,2024I have completed my level 3 in teaching support through think employment. My tutors have helped me so much Janet Singelton, Alice vasey and Stephane all were brilliant in the bookcamp courses online, I really enjoyed these sessions and got so much out of them. Then there was Janet Singleton that marked all my work and helped me complete all the questions on time. I have had a lot of experience and confident that I can complete the course. However, with Janet help and addressing some issues with the system I completed these all by 8th January 2024 and managed to sit back and relax. I also want to help Jan for her support in my interviews and some work and ideas for questions. All around the best team to work with and achieve your goals. I will look to doing more courses in the future too.

Jan 13,2024I have just completed my level 3 TA course which I started back in September, My tutors Janet, Alice and Stephanne have all been amazing! They all have their own unique ways of teaching which make the sessions interesting and I have learnt a lot of valuable knowledge and information that I can attain and use in the future. The sessions hosted by all tutors have been inclusive and they encourage learners to get involved in group activities as well as share personal experiences if the individual feels comfortable doing so. This allows learners to hear different perspectives and learn from each other without fear of being judged. The sessions are a safe space and I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts, experiences and opinions on there. Janet, Alice and Stephanne have helped with my confidence with all the positive support, encouragement and the constructive feedback they have given. I highly appreciate each and every one of the tutors and fellow learners and would recommend this course to anybody hoping to work in a school or educational setting as you learn everything required and much more to gain knowledge based experience.

My tutor Adele has been very supportive throughout and the access to the course online has been pretty easy to use. I feel very proud to have accomplished the course.

Laura was always there for any question and concerns, the information it’s clearly provided, the module is easy to navigate and extra learning resources are provided ! I would definitely recommend Think Employment and their professional tutors ! I will definitely enroll for more courses and I hope they will never stop providing such a great program and suport for learners.

Dec 16,2023I cannot speak highly enough about this course. It has been a revelation, I've learnt so much and feel confident to get going with my business. My tutor, Craig, is superb - he makes each lesson fun and enjoyable. Even when the topic has been challenging, his patience and humour allows everyone to feel fully engaged and no one gets left behind. I will miss my online lessons! I now have a further 6 months of ongoing support and I'm excited to keep moving forward, working with my excellent business advisor, Gill. The is honestly the best course I've ever done - if you're thinking about it - stop thinking and just do it!

Jan 26,2024Before I start this review, I wanted to make it clear that Craig is a great teacher. I enjoyed his classes a lot, and he is an asset to the company. HOWEVER, the company clearly takes on way too many learners and isn't able to cope with the demand. They also misguide learners on the support they'll receive after the course. I understand training providers get money per learner, but if this is at the detriment to the learners then that's icky. I would likely be in a better position had I not wasted months on this course.
