Jan 22,2025Just completed and received my certificate for my level 2 teaching assistant course and now currently doing my level 3. I was sceptical regarding some reviews but honestly I am made up with the experience I had. Helen and India were both extremely helpful and I can be hard work!! Cannot recommend enough my work got marked within a timeframe can’t fault anything. Thank you so much anyone thinking of doing it go for it!

Jan 21,2025Website enrolment is a joke... Creating an account to be informed you don't qualify for free course based on your name and email then offered a list of alternative courses which is blank. Followed link form GOV.UK site which probably explains everything.... about as effective as Labour....

Jan 20,2025I started the level 2, TA course back in January 2024, and have only just today received my certificates, on completion of marking last week. I feel that is very unfair that students are advised to log 18hours a week of studying, have time frames and deadlines to submit work and yet on completion, have to wait months on end for their work to be marked and sent back for amendments. During my course I had atleast 6 different tutors and had to send numerous emails to chase up enquires of when to expect marking to take place. Eventually in September, my work had started to be marked and sent back for corrections. (Even though I had submitted my work by the deadline of March 25th) By this point, I had started a full time job within a different field and was unable to put in all the extra hours to make corrections and resubmit my work, making the process even longer. The level 2, TA course is a great course, but unfortunately the stress and intensity of a 10 week course, which infact took 12 months, overcasts this. My intention after completing this course was to further my knowledge and enrol on an Autism course, but after the experience I have had with Think Employment, I am unsure if I want to put myself through the stress of it all for another year!

My journey lasted 5 months and I was trained for my theories, gained my cpc, passed my practical hgv, and got a full time job in that space of time. I’ve now started my new career and I’ve gone from a stay at home mum to a hgv driver. All of the people at think employment were wonderful, the training school that they sent me to for my practical training and test were amazing, I just couldn’t have asked for a better team of people cheering me on and supporting me.

Jan 15,2025This is an excellent platform to learn and grow and build on your confidence. With the help of my best tutor, Laura Townsend-Rendall, I have manage to completed a Level 3 in Understanding Autism. This course has taught me how to deal with autism and what to expect when dealing with autism. It has been an excellent experience, I am so excited and looking forward to work with children with autism in future. I would like to say a big thank you to my tutor, Laura, she’s an incredibly inspiring teacher. Wishing her a best of success in her career. Kind regards.

Jan 13,2025At first I was apprehensive about doing the course but after just the first session my mind was put at ease. From the initial contact to the final result everyone at Think were so helpful and would bend over backwards to try and help acheive my goal. Richard and Graham were exceptional. The wealth of knowledge between the pair of them was a huge help with understanding the rules and regulations surrounding the HGV sector. The learning was interactive which was amazing and resulted in many hilarious but information filled sessions. A massive shout out to Richard and Graham for making the learning an interesting and enjoyable experience. The back office team that I had contact with were also amazing, their help and support is very much appreciated. So another shout out to Holly,Angela and Connor for all of your support. On a final note if anyone is considering learning with Think I can honestly say that the overall experience was definitely worth it and you will come away with an abundance of knowledge with the back up support needed to start your future careers , so honestly do not hesitate. Once again thank you all for the amazing experience it has been an honour learning with you all.

Coach and teacher always help you to achieved success and give you all respond to your work and encourage all the time to do course and manage with course level which you desired to study. Jan 08,2025I have recently completed a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools award through Think Employment and their skills bootcamp and have secured employment as a teaching assistant off the back of doing this. It was an incredible opportunity to gain this incredibly useful qualification aswell as all the knowledge gained from the skills bootcamp. Think Employment's methods are effective and thorough and the wonderful tutors guide you at every step. Janet and Alice were so supportive and helpful throughout and delivered a fantastic course. I learned way more than I imagined, found it really engaging and have since found it vital for starting my new career. It gave me alot of confidence and practical knowledge. I thoroughly recommend it!!

We had a lot of fun and laughs whilst learning. The support and opportunity given to me is incredible and I am extremely grateful and humbled to have been part of it. The instructors and lorry’s I had the opportunity to learn in were brilliant, especially Richard VH. The tutors for the HGV sessions Rich and Graham at both absolutely fantastic. They made the sessions fun and enjoyable and engaging, and always on hand to give guidance and advice as you navigate your way through your training for your HGV theory tests as well as the practical. I would highly recommend Think Employment to anyone who is considering doing a HGV bootcamp.

Dec 20,2024I was very dubious if this was a scam or a way of just able to email you details of courses to pay for…. And by god I was wrong. I own my own business, I had a full time job but still applied. I was truthful about income etc and what I wanted to achieve with the license and I was offered I place to obtain my HGV Class 2! My Test is tomorrow (it’s not a scam… It’s actually real!) The whole process was easy to follow, it could educate a rock it’s that easy to understand due to how they deliver it to you! Graham and Richard are absolute legends teaching you more than you need to know, happy to answer any silly questions and offer all the support in the world. A lovely little touch by the whole team as the emailed wishing the best of luck and ringing to see how I got on before and after tests! Think was very efficient reimbursing money to me and helping me find a job. I now have the tools to gain a new career and feel confident going into the sector! Plus make a decent wage! Dec 19,2024I started my course on the 7th of October, and they offer 16-week boot camps for various qualifications. The tutors were all amazing, and they listened to queries and clarification questions people had (especially Janet and Alice!). I also received great, speedy support from Jo-Anne regarding job applications and finding jobs and from Jack with CV support. I would definitely recommend their courses if you're looking for the qualification and have the time and motivation to complete it within 4 months.

Dec 19,2024Wow what an experience! I’ve had the best 16 weeks I’ve learned so much and met some incredibly lovely people. I can’t recommend this course enough. I did the 16 week bootcamp TA level 3 course. The tutors are amazing very professional and extremely helpful. I had online sessions with Janet who was so lovely and kind and supportive an excellent teacher. I also had online sessions with Stephane who was so funny and kind throughout. Alice was another one of my online teachers who was amazing very kind and supportive and an amazing teacher. Emma was my tutor and she is absolutely wonderful. So kind and supportive. Jack Todd needs a special mention as he is the CV expert. The online sessions are informative and you get a break during the online sessions. There’s plenty of help and guidance. I can’t recommend this course enough! I’ve met some really nice people. Thank you!
