Mar 01,2022My daughter had this cushion when she was a baby we were gifted it and it was purchased elsewhere. I knew as soon as I was pregnant we needed another one so I found it on this website, it was over priced but thought it would be worth it but upon arriving it was flat thin and was sent in a crisp box. I tried fluffy it up etc however it is still pretty pathetic I just don’t have the energy being so far along in my pregnancy to get it boxed back up and pay for it to be sent back so I will just admit defeat on this one and be £30 down. I don’t think I would order from here again.

Mar 01,2022Purchased a cuddly monkey and unicorn and a mini squishy unicorn from the crystal peaks Sheffield store yesterday - the cuddly toys as pass the parcel prizes for my daughter's 2nd birthday party and the squishy to keep her quiet whilst we were shopping 😆. Scarlet loved the squishy and the cuddly toys were a bargain in the sale at just £2 each - very pleased! Staff are friendly and helpful, will definitely shop there again.

I wanted to return something, phone to customer services, representative was very polite and clear explain to me what I have to do. After I received a customer form and get instructions how to get postage label, which is free. I sent part of my order back and soon received refund. It was very good service, no problems at all. Will buy again.
