Feb 25,2021I ordered one of the fastandfurios hot wheels and it came broken and nearly opend and i evenpaid 16 dollars to getit here to norway and it so bad im never buyng from that place again. I hope u dont either . even the package is so bad. and it came 12 days late

Feb 19,2021AMAZING COMPANY! Super fast delivery from UK to Ireland. I paid on the Monday (15/02/21)!and item was delivered that same week on Thursday (18/02/21)!morning. Could not recommend Toy Street UK enough. Such a pleasant first time experience . Will 100% shop here again. Lovely easy to use website. Thank you so much x

Dec 31,2020Awful, ordered a game as a present and paid extra for pre Xmas delivery. Nothing showed. Got an email saying no stock on 30 December and I will get a refund. Tell that to the friends that got no present from me for Xmas. Will never use again.

Dec 20,2020I like to find different companies to Amazon and the 'big boys' so was very pleased to find Toy Street. I ordered several items and they were all far cheaper than other companies. Delivery was speedy as well and arrived in perfect condition. I have also emailed Toy Street and they replied within a day. Wonderful customer service. I have already recommended them to others and I will be back!

Dec 18,2020I ordered a game that became unavailable in other places. Contacted them to make sure my package was on the way, got a very quick friendly response with tracking info, but royal mail delivered my game on time (Before Xmas) anyway! Panic over!

Dec 14,2020I was looking for a cat board game for my fiance and my sister stumbled on this store and we are so glad we did! They even had an option to gift wrap and donate to a child who might not receive a Christmas present which was such a lovely thing to do. The selection was so much better than other stores so although we came just for the cat game, I'll definitely be ordering from here again when I need to buy gifts/presents again. The present game arrived in good time and was beautifully giftwrapped so saved us a job!

Dec 13,2020Great value and exceptional service. I noticed that there was a gift wrap option that other retailers didn't offer and decided to give Toy Street a whirl - and I'm so pleased that I did! My gift arrived quickly and gorgeously packaged (saving me a job!). There was also an opportunity to donate a toy to a child this Christmas which is a lovely initiative. I'd definitely order from here again. It was one of the most reliable and pleasant experiences I've had this past month - highly recommended!

Dec 09,2020Customer Service doesn’t exist. I ordered something that was in stock on November 27th. Tried to call but gave up after 20 minutes. Messaged them of Facebook, contacted them via Twitter, emailed twice and got NO reply from any medium. I eventually had an email on Dec 8th to say it has been despatched. This was for a birthday gift so I ordered from another source and received it before this one (which hasn’t arrived yet). Not a happy customer as I am now out of pocket for an item I no longer need.

Dec 06,2020I placed an order on morning of 2nd December and right away realised I needed to change something. I phoned a few times and got no answer so I emailed and still got no answer, in the end I sent a message on FB too. I heard nothing until 6th when they message me on FB to say they don't monitor their page and I should email instead. Even though I'd actually emailed Wednesday and still not had a reply. So, no answer to my email, no update on my order and no product (which I paid £6 for 48 hour delivery on!) I did think it might just be processed and shipped before they picked up my email, which I would have understood if it had shipped Wednesday, but looks like they have literally done nothing with my order or email in 3 working days. I've now looked at their FB reviews (before ordering I only looked here) and others have had similar issues and problems getting refunded. I'd avoid, especially if its time sensitive / for Christmas.

Oct 30,2020I’d never heard of this company, but they were the only one I could find with the toy I needed - a replacement monkey puppet that has been my daughters favourite for the last 2 years. The puppets arrived after only 2 days even though I only paid for the cheapest postage. Daughter is very happy that her monkey returned from a ‘special wash’ super fluffy and looking good as new! I’m delighted that monkey is no longer threadbare! I’ll be using this company again.

Jul 20,2020They were unable to fulfil part of the order but didn’t inform me until 3 days after it was due to have been delivered. I then cancelled the order as there was no point in paying full delivery for part of an order (a birthday gift!) that was already late! However, they despatched it anyway and charged me. I have since sent them 4 emails trying to resolve the situation, but have had no response.

Mar 08,2021Fantastic service from toy street, ordered on a saturday morning and, along with the help of the royal mail, items were delivered by 9.45am monday. Items were lowest price I could find on internet and made use of their discount for buying 3 items from same category. This company are highly recommended.
