May 12,2020Cheapest prices online and also one of the only places I could find what I wanted in stock. Had previously ordered it somewhere else who then had stock issues. Also spoke to customer services on the phone as I had entered my email address incorrectly during the order process and so didn’t receive a confirmation email. My mistake but advisor was very helpful. Would order from here again

May 09,2020I ordered the Macaron Maxi Cooker and am extremely happy with it. It's very pretty and good quality and I am still in shock (in a good way) at how fast it arrived. I ordered it in the afternoon and by the next morning at 9am it had arrived. I am extremely impressed with Toy Street and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Delivery was reasonable and sent via Royal Mail tracked. Happy with service. Was e-mailed when order was dispatched and could track it all the way. Very happy experience.

It was such a relief to find an English version of the card game I wanted, when other online retailers were only selling it with instructions in other languages (without clarifying this). Good news for those of us who leave gift buying a bit late. I will definitely buy from Toy Street again soon.

Jul 12,2019I won’t lie I was nervous ordering from a company I hadn’t heard of, but as the price was much more competitive than any where else I’d looked I went for it and I shouldn’t have worried because it came within a couple days and exactly as expected. Haven’t yet got out of the box as it’s been wrapped up for my daughters 2nd birthday tomorrow but this company have been so reliable so far I can’t fault anything. Thanks!

Sep 22,2018Really bad customer service. Item was delayed so I cancelled the order prior to dispatch notice. They dispatched it anyway. I rang on the day of receipt and was sent return label. The item was returned 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund. The free phone number on the website does not work and was reported to them 3 weeks ago. They do not reply to emails and even PayPal are struggling to get a response.

Jul 12,2020I was struggling with an order purchase online, it wouldn't recognise my address, so I rang them and they were super super helpful. My order was processed and they waived shipping fees due to my experiencing tech issues. This was unexpected and my order arrived less than 24hours after my phone, I feel that the customer service is excellent, I've ordered from them before and I will definitely order again. Really nice to have a pleasant experience instead of feeling like I didn't matter, I was made to feel very important, a refreshing purchase. I highly recommend Toy Street
