Dec 30,2021Our grandson wanted this particular toy for Christmas. I couldn't find a supplier anywhere (obviously the must have toy this year) Went on internet to say Toy Street had one. Ordered, paid and received it, safely packed within 4 days. So happy with the find and grandson really happy. Kept contact details as will use this company again

Dec 30,2021Ordering process was easy, but it did not arrive within time frame. I called to chase delivery (very polite and helpful staff) and was told it had been caught in backlog, but they would change delivery to next day. Next day was a Saturday and it didn't actually arrive until Tuesday (via Royal Mail). Very happy with my purchase - great quality, but unfortunately I could not give the gift in person as it arrived too late and meant that I had to post it on at an additional cost.

Dec 30,2021Loved this item, really happy with the quality, delivery speed and price. The music played takes me back to my childhood and Pooh & piglet are so cute and Pooh moves his head too which is really sweet, definitely would recommend this as a lullaby/soother for a child

Dec 15,2021I ordered on nov 28 and I waited a week to see if the processing would change and NOPE. So I emailed and they dispatched it on dec 8, which is such a coincidence bc I needed it that day. So now I’m waiting to see if it’ll at least come on Christmas. Not much hope bc it’s been waiting at dispatch to come to the US for 4 days and who knows when that’ll change

Dec 13,2021Listed the product in stock. Ordered in November for Christmas. Only found 2 weeks later it was not in stock, and would be delivered to them late January. The game was hard to find in November, but there were a few options. Now there was only one option and I’ve had to pay more than the other options available in November.

Thought I’d try third time lucky but alas they just kept my money and didn’t replace or refund. Rang several times to have the issue rectified. False promises and completely useless. Will never buy from again.
