Ordered a gift for my nephew for Christmas on 4th of December ‘24. The estimated arrival for said gift was between Wednesday 18th- Monday 23rd of December. As of the 2nd of January 2025, I STILL haven’t received my order. My nephew didn’t get his gift at Christmas because of this absolute joke of a company. I emailed asking where my order is on 27th of December and again on 1st of January with no reply whatsoever. I have never encounter such appalling service. Avoid at all costs. They won’t send your order and then will refuse to reply to emails! Copies of order and emails would be put on this review if I were able.

Ordered a gift on Dec 18th for an upcoming birthday on the 23rd. Paid for Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. It’s now Monday 23rd, and no item has arrived. Tracking number is showing it’s in a delivery centre over 25 miles away. I got an email on Friday 20th stating that the item had been dispatched-more than 48 hours after I placed the order. Utterly ridiculous, happy to take the money instantly, but clearly they either have issues with not holding stock or they have a dispatch day. Won’t be ordering from them again, lesson learned.

Placed an order on the 10th of December and was email an estimated delivery date of 12th to 13th December (This was a Christmas present so plenty of time I thought). Come the 19th I was getting a bit worried so contacted them for a tracking number and was told "Linkee Generations​ is being stored at a different site and is currently on its way to our main warehouse. As soon as it arrives, we will dispatch it to you" so 9 days after ordering it was not even sent no chance it will be here for Christmas now. VERY UNHAPPY

Have now received a tonie character. However it is the wrong one. Ordered a playtime and action songs tonie, have received a sing along songs tonie. Ironically it is one my granddaughter already has. So despite ordering this on the 3rd December for an "in stock item". Unlikely to be rectified by Christmas. Very disappointed, to say the least!

I recently placed an order, and while it took a little longer than expected to be sent, I was overall satisfied with my experience. I managed to get hold of a palm pal which was out of stock in every other shop alongside a few other items I ordered for Christmas gifts. All items arrived in good condition, carefully packaged in a very sturdy box. We ended up recycling—using the card filler to make some Christmas cards! I did contact customer service 2 days before the last expected delivery date to inquire about the delay in dispatch as reading the other reviews on here made me quite anxious, but the person I spoke with was very lovely and helpful. They explained that one of the items was in a different warehouse but on its way to them, which I’ve seen mentioned in a few other reviews. My suggestion would be to notify customers about this situation upfront, perhaps via email, so we’re aware that an order might be delayed due to items coming from multiple locations. This could save time and prevent customers from having to chase up the order themselves. My order ended up being posted on 17th, the day after I spoke with customer service and I received it today, only one day after the expected delivery date. I really hope that in the future, you can find a way to combine warehouses to streamline the process. Despite the small delay in dispatch, I’m still happy with the service and would love to continue supporting this shop over larger competitors. A little more proactive communication about dispatch delays would make the experience even better and prevent many of the unhappy reviews, but overall, I’m pleased.

Toy street delivered the wrong items and no one wanted to resolve the issue. They don’t offer a replacement of the correct items and told me to go to the post office to return the wrong items first, and they could check with warehouse about the stock. It is not guaranteed the right items would be sent after I return the wrong items. Awful customer service and all emails have been ignored.

Placed an order on an in-stock item on 11th November, was given a delivery date for 2 weeks later. A week past delivery date & still no parcel, contacted TS to be told item was at another wharehouse & would be delivered asap. Another week passed & still nothing, contacted TS again to be given the same story & told there would be further delay. Cancelled & was told refund would take 5-10 working days. Shoddy service in all departments, false information & by-the-script empty apologies. Will not use again.

I was starting to get a bit worried about the long time between ordering and dispatch, but to be fair the estimated delivery date turned out to be correct. I ordered 3 items and they all arrived in mint condition and were packaged in a suitable box. I would definitely recommend this Company, but just be prepared to wait a while for delivery.

We ordered these toys for decorations for our Christmas tree. We couldn't find miniature spades and forks anywhere. These were perfect. Little bit slower on the delivery side, but everything else was perfect.

Had an issue with delivery. Contacted customer service to ask what had happened. Received am email back same day and received items the next. Fabulous service,sadly lacking nowadays.

Very good experience and clear items. Could be improved with more images of the products. It seemed to only have one image or product which might put some people off.

Quite a few negative reviews so I wanted to share my experience. I ordered a Marvin Magic set for my daughter which was over £10 cheaper on Toy Street and I was a bit wary considering the other reviews but it was completely trouble free, delivery was quick and easy and I was advised when the item had been dispatched. I’d definitely use them again.

I went to make a purchase for a Christmas present on here and when clicking yo pay, a screen popped up from my bank, Halifax, saying do you want to continue, could this be a scam, so in a panic I ended up here and it would seem that maybe it is, and I am now glad I did not order, I'll pay the extra £9 to get my order on time

Was searching for “Hey Duggee” toys here in the U.S. I would come across the toys here and they were marked up 3x the price. I came across toy street and took a chance on ordering from them and I am soooo glad I did. They shipped fast and I received the package in 10 days. My son is gonna be so happy for his birthday! Thank you Toy street. I will be shopping with you again!

I made an order on the 5th of October and I STILL have not received it. After emailing on the 15th November I was told I’d have it all within 3-5 days and still nothing and now my emails are not being responded to. I expect a full refund ASAP.

Absolutely appalled by the service we have not received! I ordered a Hape Castle Escape Marble Run on the 14th of October 2024 for my daughter’s 6th birthday. It was due to arrive on the 14th of November and it still hasn’t arrived. I ordered with plenty of time as my daughter’s birthday is on the 22nd of November. It’s been very difficult to get in touch with the company, and when I did get an email back it wasn’t very clear or helpful. I cannot risk it not arriving so I have had to order from Amazon instead. I tried to “shop small” and use another company rather than Amazon but this time wasn’t successful! I do not recommend this company. I am expecting a full refund and an explanation for the appalling level of customer service.
