Says order by 6 for next day delivery, I waited 5 days to then be told order was not coming, leaving me to scramble for another present for a birthday, I will stick to using Amazon and suggest potential buyers use the the same ( look at most recent reviews will tell you to stay clear ) In response to your reply I certainly will not be giving yourself another chance, amazon delivered same product within 24 hours so why would I use toy street .

Awful experience trying to shop with this website my MIL paid for an item over 10 days ago. No communication no dispatch, we emailed twice to chase only got generic emails in response. Called today the guy on the phones had a disgusting attitude no care or sympathy at all. "The item hasn't been dispatched to you yet because we don't hold stock it's coming from another warehouse". He couldn't give a hoot. No answer given when I asked why advertise delivery window if you can not adhere to it. Especially if you do not hold your own stock.. requested to cancel order for full refund for my MILs order. Shocking service

My initial contact with them to find where my order is, they took a while to reply to me but they apologised and made sure my order was priority sent. When I received my order it was not what was described, even the item picture was referring to the description, however the item was completely different. I sent an support ticket over two weeks ago and have had no reply. Do not shop with this company.

I ordered a toy on 2nd July. It wont arrive until 16th July, it was for my little boys birthday which is tomorrow and will be too late for him to open in the morning. I chased on Tuesday 10th, they apologised and said it was still in the warehouse (10 days after order) but would be put on 24 hour delivery. I called on Friday 15th and they apologised again for it still not being dispatched and reassured me again it would be delivered within 24 hours. I am still hoping it arrives but i don't have confidence. I have received no updates about the delay, had to call and chase and have been told it will arrive tomorrow but not been offered a refund (well was offered 10%) which to be honest felt like a kick in the teeth. I wouldn't order again from here.

Placed an order on May 3rd for a birthday gift (May 14) chased it on May11th to be told-Rotating Music Box is being stored on our behalf by our supplier and is currently on its way to our warehouse. As soon as it arrives we will dispatch it to you. We have chased them on your behalf and have been assured that its on its way.The web site says all orders Aim to be dispatched within 24hrs I knew I should have ordered off Amazon.
