Apr 26,2022Never purchased from Toystreet before so I was a bit sceptical as the prices were so low on the items I was looking at. But they arrived quickly with no problems. All very straightforward, it may be different if I'd have had a problem but as it is I'll give 5 stars as no reason not to.

The parcel arrived as scheduled and when opened by the grandchild the Brio lifting bridge was exactly as described and was a great success. Thank you for your excellent service.

Toy Street were great about keeping me informed of the progress of my order, and it was delivered on time. The Husky Family are beautiful! My daughter was thrilled!

Mar 25,2022I never received my order placed 7th of March. I received a response to an email I sent, asking where my order is on the 14th of March, but despite saying they'd chased it on my behalf, I still haven't received a dispatch notification. I sent a further email on the 18th of March, as advised, but no reply was received. Following a further email, and a delayed response, the items were promised for delivery in mid April. I then received an email a few days before the expected delivery was due, saying my order could not be fulfilled & had been cancelled, as the stock was unavailable from their supplier. Very disappointing
