Feb 21,2025When the date of my delivery passed I contacted the company to be repeatedly told that my order had been shipped and was on its way. I contacted them 4 times, to be finally told that there was a supply problem and they could give me no delivery date (so not on its way then). I was told that whether they actually have a product in stock is merely an estimate. They do however take your payment as soon as you order. After 4 weeks and too late for my granddaughter’s birthday, I cancelled my order. No apology at all. I would never order from them again.

Jan 25,2025I ordered a Tonie from this company (which was listed as in stock) and noticed it changed to out of stock after my order was made. I saw the reviews and contacted customer services to see whether they had my item. To be fair to this company their customer service team got back to me straight away to say it was stored at a different site and was on its way to their warehouse. It didn't arrive by the date agreed so I asked for a refund and it was issued the following day. I've read the reviews and whilst I didn't get the item I wanted as it wasn't really in stock which is disappointing I do think their customer service team were excellent and I would give this company another try in the future (perhaps with a less popular item as the one I wanted was out of stock nationally)

Jan 22,2025Very disappointed!!! I order two things on the 7th January. The delivery was 3-5 days By the 20th January still no items so emailed them they came back to my woth there having trouble with stock that I ordered. I feel like if they have a stock issue they should email and say that ! These items I order where a birthday present for someone because they didn't come when in 3 to 5days off ordering them I have to buy something else. I would not recommend buying anything from this company and they struggle with having stock and letting customers know if they are out of items.

Jan 16,2025Very disappointed. I purchased my sons main christmas present on 11th December. The delivery page says delivery takes 2-3days, so went ahead and purchased, not even worrying it wouldn't come before the 22nd when we were leaving to stay with family. It finally arrived on 23rd. We had already gone. 12 days after ordering! The now expect me to pay return delivery charges because they say the confirmation email (after purchase), said arrival will be Wed 18th Dec - Sat 28th Dec. It did not say this, as they claim, on the checkout page!! Absolute joke, I am really upset about their level of customer service.

Mar 01,2025ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!!! I purchased the Lego Duplo animals of the world on 10th of JAN which on the website said it’ll arrive within 2-3 days, my email confirmation then said 22nd-28th January. I had to keep chasing them up for my order and they kept changing the dates of when I’d receive it. Finally on the 28th of FEB when I chased them again for it which was 2months later they said my item was lost in transit again!!!! My child is so disappointed as she really wanted the specific LEGO duplo which is now not sold anywhere else due to their awful service. They offered to give me a refund so I had to ask for a refund as her birthday is in a few weeks and it had been delayed for 2months already!! It’s good I didn’t order it later. SO DISAPPOINTED ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO AS THEY COULDN’T OFFER ANY COMPENSATION AND JUST KEPT CHANGING THE DATES UNTIL THEY SAID THEY DONT KNOW WHEN THEYLL HAVE IT IN STOCK AGAIN & IVE SEEN MANY REVIEWS LIKE THIS FROM THIS STORE !!! AVOIDDDD!!!
