Excellent price (cheaper than Argos) and service.
When this very small toy arrived in my country i was then hit with an additional custom fee / VAT charge that was nearly as dear as the toy itself. There was no indication of these extra charges when purchasing this toy from your website & until they were paid in full my item would not of been released or delivered to me. I just think that it was very bad form that a business can not highlight this to a customer before a purchase is made. The toy was not worth it's originally price nevermind the extra fees on top.

The Gravitrax I ordered was good value, only the items were not despatched in accordance with their timescales and when I queried the non-delivery a week later I then received despatch notification three hours after my email. Customer Service is sketchy at best, they replied to one email within a week but not the others at all. Descriptions of items for sale are confusing and inaccurate. Pot luck springs to mind. How they score 4.8 on reviews elsewhere is uncertain.
If I could give 0 I would. Awful customer services and communication. Ordered 2 scooter cases for next day delivery. A week later told another 48 hr delay and processing refund. No conversation what so ever. Would never use these clowns again. Complete waste of time.
Excellent site with very fast international shipping. My daughter loved her new Peppa Pig toys, and I was able to find items on here that I could not find elsewhere. Definitely recommend!
Having read other reviewers troubles I checked the item I wanted was in stock and ordered early. After ten days without any communication I called to chase. I was relieved someone answered the phone and was friendly. It wasn’t in-stock, the web site had an error, but she promised it would arrive in a couple of days. Fast forward a week, (the party is approaching) I called again, but the promised despatch email ‘today or tomorrow’ didn’t arrive. The day before the party they finally admitted they hadn’t got one to send. The only positive was that they refunded the full amount without drama or quibble.
Similar experiences to other buyers. Ordered a game for a birthday present. I had been billed and my order was supposed to arrive in 2-4 working days. However, week after placing an order I hadn't received my order or any further information about it. I reached out to the company, and was told that there was a stock listing error on the website, and they did not have the item I had ordered in stock. I was reassured that a re-stock was expected in the next few days and that my order had been 'upgraded' to their 'priority service'. Four days later, I reached out to Toy Street for an update as the item I had ordered was a gift. This time, I was told they couldn't tell me how long it would be and that re-stock would take up to 2 months to be fulfilled but could be longer. Poor customer service, would not recommend or shop with Toy Street again.

Checked here before ordering as hadn't heard of this site before but decided it was legitimate, however the website and ordering system has some real issues. Yesterday I entered shipping address and payment details and clicked the order button, but the page didn't appear to respond - I didn't get re-routed to an order confirmation page and I didn't receive an order confirmation email. After waiting some time, and still not receiving any email confirmation, I decided it hadn't worked so tried again. It seemed like maybe there was an error with details I'd put in, which I thought could have explained why the webpage didn't seem to be responding, but after checking, I couldn't spot any issue. I then tried paying via PayPal, thinking perhaps there was an issue with my card (though nothing was coming up to explain), and PayPal then sent through an e-receipt, though I still didn't receive an order confirmation from the website and the webpage didn't change! I emailed the company to ask for some advice, and this morning they responded asking for my postcode (which I provided straight away). I then heard nothing. I've checked my bank this evening and have been charged 4 times despite no order confirmation at all. I'm really confused about what is going on but clearly their website and ordering system needs updating. I also need a refund x 3! If things get sorted, I'll gladly update my review, but for now I'm giving 2 stars for the unclear system, lack of order confirmation, and lack of communication about what is going on.
In the past, I have given Toy Street 5 stars, and hence trusted them to send a birthday present to a good friend of mine. I checked their indicated delivery times and bought it in good time for it to arrive either on the day before, or on his birthday day. I quickly received an email telling me they received the order. Furthermore, I checked back with my friend a few days after his birthday and he told me he was still waiting on the parcel. I contacted toy street, and they informed me that their website showed the game, but that they didn't actually have them in stock. What angers me is that they must have known this on day 1 when they tried to fulfil the order, and they didn't contact me then, when there would have still been time to sort out a voucher or source the game from other sources. The reason I am giving them 2 stars and not 1 star is that they replied quickly to each email, and whilst I am disappointed in their conduct, I believe that they will refund my entire order without further issue. Should the refund process also become tricky, I will downgrade this to 1 star.
website was easy to use, item arrived safely. Had a problem with the item 2 months after purchase - emailed them with a video of the issue. matter was immediately resolved (reply even received on a bank holiday!) thank you :)
My son chose a toy from his birthday money. During lockdown this was supposed to be a very big treat for him. The toy arrived and broke immediately. I had to chase the company for a refund. Shipping did not get refunded. Who would expect a 5 year old to pay for shipping of a faulty product? I am really disappointed! I definitely do not recommend.
