Nov 29,2021Placed an order for a game and was refunded a few days later. Customer service, to their credit, reached out to let me know the game was being restocked, however their website still lists the game as in stock. The price of the game has since increased however which makes me wonder did they misprice it first time around. Either way, not a great first experience and all the more annoying seeing as the game is still listed as available!

Nov 29,2021I came across the Toy Shop when searching online for a particular toy for my daughter for Christmas. I found what I wanted and the item was almost half the price compared to other shops! Absolute bargain! They have a great range of toys to choose from. The delivery was very quick. What more could you ask for? Speedy delivery, great prices and overall fantastic service. A very satisfied customer and will definitely use again for future purchases. Highly recommended.
