Horrible customer service that does not want to help you. I had problems with the shipping details and they could have called the shipping company to solve it but they just answered they wont do anything or "cant" help. Shoes arrived in a smushed damaged box because the packaging was horrendous. I would never buy from this company again.

Delivery took 2 months instead of 2 weeks as advised. Was offered 5pct compensation for the next order, but this is not serious.
First time customer and not impressed. Purchased some trainers. They took nearly a month to be delivered and after wearing them once, looked like I had been wearing them for weeks. Tried to generate a return on their website. It would not accept uploaded photos and I contacted customer service. They kept asking me to upload photos despite me telling them several times, their website wouldn't upload them. Raised a dispute with paypal and uploaded photos which the retailer could access, but they would only accept them on their faulty website. Now they are expecting me to pay for shipping to return an order, that's not as expected. I wouldn't recommend using this company, because the returns policy is not fit for purpose and they expect their customers to take responsibility, for poor quality products and technical issues with their website. Update Their response speaks volumes. They don't resd customers messages just copy and paste replies. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, because if there's s problem with your order, you're order, they don't respond.
Mein Pulli hat sehr lange gebraucht um anzukommen. Ausgepackt...sofort fiel ins Auge, dass die Faltkanten total von der Sonne ausgeblichen sind. Sie sind heller und gehen in einen lila Farbton über, obwohl der Pulli navy ist. Ich wurde immer wieder angefordert Fotos zu senden, was ich auch immer wieder tat. Anscheinend kann der tradeinn keine Makel auf den Fotos. Ich sehe eindeutig einen hellen Lilastrich, der üner die ganze Länge des Pullis geht.

Ordered a cycle computer through Amazon and this company. Would you believe a 2nd hand used and damaged unit arrived ! Been in contact but they keep asking me to file a complaint with the courier company which it has absolutely nothing to do with as the box and bag the item was in arrived in perfect condition. Clearly a previously returned / damaged unit was re-sent. The reply below says it all really. I didn’t agree to any of your terms as I didn’t order directly from you, thankfully. Furthermore, I have sent photographic evidence of this clearly being a used & damaged second unit but still I get the same automated response of taking it up with the courier ! The courier is your responsibility not mine as it’s your courier however in this case as already stated the courier did no wrong, the packaging was perfect. These items are sealed like a phone would be and as per the photos the seal was broken and the item previously used. Any company that would overlook that and sell as a new unit is as unscrupulous as they come and should not be selling goods to anyone.

Purchased from TradeInn on 05-02-2025. Item went missing and did not arrive, and so I contacted TradeInn about this on 17-02-2025. I completed a missing item form on 18-02-2025. It is now over a month later, and they are still messing me around, getting me to complete forms, and have not yet issued a refund or shipped a replacement, even though the tracking clearly shows the item as missing in transit Oh, and their "copy-paste" response to my review pretty much sums up the standard of customer service. Priceless.

J’ai effectué une commande sur leur site d’une valeur importante, à l’a réception de mon colis il manquait un des articles que j’avais payé. Le service client a été incapable de trouver une solution et de me rembourser. Résultat j’ai payé un article que je n’ai jamais reçu et le service client est inefficace. Je ne recommande pas ce site, à fuir !

BUYER BEWARE: Impossible to get refunds here What was supposed to be excitement for my vacation turned into a month-long nightmare. Ordered Feb 9th for "guaranteed" Feb 14th delivery. It's now over a MONTH later and still nothing. The worst part? Their customer service. Every email met with the same robotic "we're investigating" response. No real answers, no timeline, no accountability. Just endless delays while they hold onto my money. After 30 days of frustration, I've had to file a formal complaint and initiate a chargeback. What kind of company forces customers to go to these lengths instead of simply processing a refund for items they failed to deliver? Deeply disappointed and feeling completely disrespected as a customer. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere—unless you enjoy having your time wasted and your concerns dismissed. Horrible customer service and sketchy establishment. Since I know it’s a slim chance to none they’ll actually post my review on my watch that wasn’t really delivered. But, I ordered a watch from them and I got a notification it was delivered a couple days ago after waiting 2 weeks for it and I got nothing I check my order portal and there’s a package being delivered in the dead of night like it was in a car and not at my house. I sent a message about my situation and they responded with make a police report then we can help you… I made a police report and then they said they would investigate it. They then said they can’t help me because it was delivered… I questioned them and then they wanted me to send a hand written complaint to the usps in order for them to help me…. I have gone through the run around and am now shorted a watch and no one can help me. I would never recommend this place.
Nie wieder! Leider kann ich keine 0 Sterne geben. Mir wurde die falsche Größe geschickt und ich trage jetzt die Rücksendekosten. Kundenservice streitet den Fehler ab, den ich sogar via Screenshot belegen konnte.

We were repeatedly asked for photos of the damage, which we had already supplied (and then supplied again). Our case was then "closed" on the grounds we (according to their automated system) had not supplied photos. We were then told no further correspondence was possible. Please supply a phone number or email address of a person we can speak to about this issue and supply these photos again - and to discuss a replacement or refund - in order to get what we paid for i.e. an undamaged kitchen for our daughter to play with...! ======== edit after response ====== Many thanks for this response. I have no wish to return the item at my own expense in order for you to verify whether it is damaged or not - and risk being left out of pocket. We have already supplied you with several photos showing damage to the item you delivered - therefore your comment that you will refund the item if it is "not damaged" is quite strange. It is not that we are unhappy with the item - it is just what we ordered for our daughter. Our issue is that it was supplied to us damaged in several places. This - coupled with the photos that document this damage in multiple places - should be sufficient for you either to refund the cost of the item (given it has arrived damage), or to send a replacement.
