Der Liefertermin (war von Anfang an relativ lang) wurde 3 Mal verschoben. Nach der Beschwerde über PayPal wurde die Bestellung seitens Verkäufers storniert. Finger weg von diesem Laden!

Artikel angeblich lagernd, aber wird seit 10 Tagen nicht versendet! Laut Bewertungen leider kein Einzelfall. Werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen! Unternehmen nicht seriös.

I placed a large order (over 300€) for bike parts on March 4, 2025, as their prices were very reasonable (shipping price not at all) and they provided an expected delivery date for March 10. I specifically chose items listed as “in stock” to ensure a smooth and timely shipment. However, to this day, my order has yet to be dispatched because some parts are apparently unavailable—despite the website claiming otherwise. This misleading stock information is incredibly frustrating, as the delivery date keeps getting pushed back repeatedly. The whole experience feels unprofessional, and their customer service has been completely unhelpful. Order number: 56836467

Ordered two Osprey backpacks (Osprey Fairview 55L & Osprey Farpoint 55L). Order raised on 2nd Feb and arrived to UK on 27th Feb. Long waiting time but that's expected if you order from outside the UK. Waiting time wasn't a problem, I have contacted customer service once, they have replied next day and provided the update. I have saved on the purchase £100(if you compare UK prices)! Original Osprey backpack, excellent quality. Couldn't be more happy.

Jeg har nu I over en måned forsøgt at få repareret et defekt ur på sag 6008457 - 6030268 - 6055862 - 066977. Jeg bliver smidt i ring og har nu forsøgt at få uret lavet 3 steder, udfra de instrukser som de har givet både ved den danske distributør og også den Spanske (?). Hver gang lukke de sagen og man skal lave en ny sag. Dete r ekstremt DÅRLIG kundeservice. Er de mon ude på at køre kunden træt så de slipper for at tage ansvar og få lavet det f.cking ur !!!!! Ordre nummer : 55782381 Med de svar I giver så tror jeg ikke at I har forstået hvad problemet var :( I don’t think you understand my frustration since you talk about delivery. The delivery was not a problem. The problem is warrenty repair. !!!

Avoid like the plague. Prices are lower than average yes but it is not worth the hassle of a possible return. (Which by the way you have to pay for, 8 euros…) The customer service is non existent. You have to beg the lord to receive an answer. They are also not helpful and rude when they decide to reply. I have been waiting for them to reimburse me, the package has been returned days ago and from them, after incessant requests, I only got that they are still “registering” now returns that they received at the start of the month.. I contacted Klarna to stop the payment plan and they told me Tradeinn must contact them regarding this. Now the next instalment date is approaching (so basically almost a month after the purchase) and despite asking tradeinn multiple times to contact Klarna on this issue, they just completely ignored it each time. Horrible experience. Funny how when you give them money they’re quick, delivery is fast, all is swell, but when they have to reimburse you delivery (which, I repeat, YOU pay for double the amount of the original shipping fee) is abysmally slow and then they take their sweet time processing it all, while not even being apologetic in the slightest. I want to conclude this sorry affair but I am afraid it will be going on for months.. appalling service, rarely encountered elsewhere really. Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere

He solicitado un artículo ha tardado más que en Amazon pero ha llegado bien. Nos quedaban apretadas las zapatillas y solicité una devolución que me cobraron cinco euros por la etiqueta, finalmente decidió quedarse con ellos la hermana… así que solicité que no me lo devuelvan. Largas y largas y largas, pero se han quedado con mis cinco euros de gastos de envío a pesar de que no he devuelto el artículo

Company claimed delivery. I was on holiday at the time, parcel was signed for with scribble and an initial I didnt know. Company refused to confirm which neighbour etc this was left with and advised I needed to complete a complaint form with post office, despite me not paying for a service with royal mail, post office had never heard of the form. Terrible communication, avoid avoid avoid.

Ich habe Probleme mit einer Bestellung. Es ist NICHT möglich, irgendwie den Service dieser Firma zu kontaktieren! Auf Emails bekommt man keine Antwort, und der angebotene Chat und auch WhatsApp führt immer nur zu der Webseite mit FAQs. Ich muss mich also wohl an Paypal wenden für eine Konfliktlösung.

El servicio de atención al cliente es inexistente. Tenía una duda sobre un producto antes de comprarlo y es imposible contactar con un especialista para que te informe. Has de de colgar la pregunta en la web y esperar que alguien, algún día te conteste. (Llevo 10 días sin respuesta) Tras recibir el artículo y ver que no era igual de la web, no pude contactar con nadie. Sólo enlaces para devolver el artículo y si formulas la consulta de otra manera no te contestan, te envían un formulario de satisfacción. Tema aparte es la gestión del envío. UNA SEMANA!!!! Si no hay stock, no se ha de demorar lo correcto es indicarlo cuando adquieres el producto (las empresas/webs formales lo hacen). En fín, que se te quitan las ganas de volver a comprar aquí

Tempi di consegna molto lunghi (settimane/mesi). Edit (post risposta venditore): molto maggiori di quelli prospettati all'atto dell'acquisto e non sanno dire quando lo avranno disponibile (quindi non per colpa del corriere). Insomma non l'hanno nei loro magazzini e rispondono che non sanno quando gli arriverà, semplicemente spostano in avanti il tempo della consegna sperando che gli arrivi. Se non ti va bene cancelli l'ordine. Ma hai perso settimane Il sito è un intermediario che mette in vendita prodotti che non ha a disposizione e per i quali dipende da altri soggetti. La cosa, comunque, dipende dal tipo di prodotto. Politiche di reso oneste (ma spedizione a carico utente, salvo danni), così come di rimborso prima dell'invio. Però il disagio è grande. Solo per oggetti che non sono indispensabili a breve.

I ordered a pair of bike tires from them, not realizing they were based overseas. When I wanted to exchange them I had to pay $35 to return them. There was some problem with customs and they never received them. They were returned to me with notification that when I received them to notify them and they would tell me how to return them. Instead they offered me a refund - the refund they gave me was the cost of the shipping.

Hice un pedido el 7/3/25, en ls compra me ponia fecha estimada de entrega 14-17 de marzo. Cuandk despues de una semana miro el estado del pedido , han cambiado la fecha de entrega y pone que todavia està en trafico de su almacen, y que llegará el 19-21 de marzo. Si lo llego a saber , que falsean las fechas de entrega no hago la compra. Ultima Vez que compro en està web. Una mala experiencia.

I placed an order on 8th January, which still has not arrived over 2 months later. I first contacted customer service in January, who advised they would look into the issue. 2 months later after continuously chasing them, this is still not resolved and they refuse to refund me. It is impossible to resolve issues as customer service are bots only, meaning you cannot build a case or rapport with them. Every time you contact the email provided, you receive the same template response as the bots have no memory of previous correspondence. Tradeinn's responses on Trustpilot ask customers to contact the same customer service bot email, so I assume other customers' issues are also unresolved.

For the third time in a row I am contacting you regarding the shipment. It was supposed to arrive on March 3rd. The shipment is still in Spain and has not been sent to my country. What is happening with you and the shipping company? I paid $362 for the items and I am waiting for them and you changed the delivery date from March 3rd to March 25th. Why!!! 56586743

Nº pedido: 56781483 Novedades en mi pedido!! Tras aceptar cambiar el artículo que me vendieron sin tener en stock (práctica prohibida por la normativa europea), me informan que el nuevo producto elegido tampoco tiene stock y que sufriré un nuevo retraso. Esto es indignante y desesperante a partes iguales. Ahora mismo la caña que elegí sale en stock en la web ¿estáis engañando a los que quieran comprarla? Y no, no tiene nada que ver con MRW ni ninguna empresa de transporte, ya que el producto ni siquiera ha llegado a sus almacenes. El pedido fue hecho el día 3 y prometieron entrega entre 24 y 48 horas... ¡¡panda de mentirosos!! Me dispongo a presentar denuncia ante consumo e informar de la práctica ilegal de venta online mintiendo sobre la disponibilidad, ya que la normativa europea es clara y el Reglamento (UE) 2019/1150 sobre la promoción de la equidad y transparencia para los usuarios comerciales de servicios de intermediación en línea regula las plataformas en línea, exigiendo que los vendedores informen con claridad sobre la disponibilidad de los productos. En este caso ellos no lo están haciendo, están mintiendo a los compradores por lo que es el momento de hacer algo. UNA VEZ ES UN ERROR, DOS VECES ES UN ENGAÑO. Cordiales saludos.
