Mar 18,2025very bad experience after ordering tire pair for my motorcycle, 10 days order not shipped, then they cancelled the front tire without notice and they wanna keep the shipping cost as it is i mean WDF very disrespectful with no customer support NOTHING i will never deal with them again

Mar 18,2025I am extremely disappointed with how my order was handled and the complete lack of proactive communication. I placed an order for goggles two weeks ago, expecting timely delivery, only to find out—after following up myself—that my order was placed on hold due to an out-of-stock item. At no point was I informed of this delay, leaving me with no time to make alternative arrangements. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue fairly, I was only offered a 5% discount, which doesn’t even cover the additional cost of urgent delivery to fix their mistake. Had they informed me earlier, this entire situation could have been avoided. At this point, I expected them to take responsibility by offering next-day delivery at no extra cost or a discount that covers the expedited shipping fee, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.

Mar 18,2025I received my order in good time and as described. Unfortunately I had to return it as I ordered the wrong size. It has been nearly 3 weeks since they received my return and I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted them several times and I get the same automated response.

Mar 18,2025Slechte zaak 3maanden geleden spullen besteld, spullen waren niet goed. Kreeg geen retour formulier. Deze kosten zelf betaald Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een email dat de spullen retour waren en ik binnen 3/5 werkdagen Het geld terug zou krijgen nu zijn we een maand verder en nog geen geld terug krijg ook geen enkele reactie op de email bestel hier nooit meer wat

They said it was going to be returned to their warehouse and they will issue a refund. Multiple times chasing up and ZERO refund. DO NOT BUY

Mar 18,2025Hi, I have to share my negative experience with Tradeinn company. I ordered two pair of shoes and selected the size as per their product´s adviser. One pair of shoes is OK, the second one is too narrow so I created a return and expected that I got the whole amount I paid for this pair of shoes.And it is more than obvious that one pair will have different parameters - it was produced in Vietnam versus the second one in Bangladesh.... However I was very suprised when I received a non-commercial invoice and it says they will return 2.101, 64 CZK. But I paid them 2.542,99 CZK. So I immediatelly contacted support and somebody "no name" support person wrote me that the price was in line with product and he or she did not explain why. It is just like quickly send response and it seems they do not care about customer service/ experience at all. The company also charged me the fee for returning delivery which was even higher than the payment for receiving delivery! I am very disapointed, their customer´s clerk are not helpful at all. And you can´t even communicate with them like replying an email and if you have any further question, you have to to write your message into form again. And the previous communication somehow dissapear and it is not part of communication thread My order number is and return number is the following: Order : 56949318 Return number: 6101883 I would expect to receive the amount 2.542,99 CZK into my account once the pair of shoes will arrive back to your returning address.

Jeg har stadig ikke fået min pakke Jeg fik lynhurtig en ordre bekræftelse, med en forventning af pakken d.26/2, men har hverken fået en bekræftelse på den er sendt eller fået pakken😠 jeg har også prøvet at skrive til deres mail, hvilket heller ikke kunne lade sig gøre. .....og selvfølgelig har de allerede modtaget mine penge.. Mar 18,2025Hace unas semanas tuve la mala idea de realizar un pedido de unas botas para moto, al hacer el pedido me equivoque y puse una talla mayor que la mia, al ver el error ( pasaron 2 o 3 min) les escribí a la dirección de correo que figuraba y no hicieron ni caso, enviaron la talla mal, así que al querer cambiarla me contestaron que no, que el envío era correcto, he pagado los gastos y primer y ultimo pedido.

Mar 17,2025En otras ocasiones la experiencia fue buena, pero esta última ha surgido algo que no me gusta nada de su funcionamiento. A pesar de no tener el artículo que compré y por tanto no enviarlo en más de una semana, observo que lo cargaron en mi cuenta. Vamos, que te cobran sin saber si te van a poder enviar lo que compraste. Y claro, espera a que te reembolsen.

Mar 19,2025MAI PIU' MAI PIU', ho comprato una canna di 60,00 euro è arrivata a pezzi, perchè imballata malissimo, il mio errore di non aver rifiutato il pacco, perchè pensavo che si fosse salvata, li ho contatti per il reso, mi stanno facendo 1000 difficoltà pretendendo foto in prospettiva, reclamo a corriere, tutte richieste assurde, per non prendersi le loro responsabilità, GENTAGLIA POCO SERIA, procederò legalmente per recuperare le cifre pagate se a breve non si risolverà la faccenda!
