It's give me a hard time I didn't receive my order they cancelled it without any valid reason and when I want to to ask about refund they refund half of my payment and the remaining I didn't get it. Almost 3 months patiently waiting.

Ich schließe mich den schlechten Erfahrungen an. Ich habe eine Polar Unite Uhr gekauft, die hat die Schritte völlig falsch gezählt, ich habe mit einer Vivofit verglichen. Ich habe die Uhr auf meine Kosten, fast 8€, an Trade Inn zurück geschickt mit der Bitte um Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises, ich lag noch in der Zeit, des 14-tägigen Wiederrufsrechts. ACHTUNG: Hier kommt das Übelste überhaupt: Dass man auf der Rücksendeseite von Trade INN, wo man eine Rücksendung anmelden muss und für fast 8€ ein Rücksendeetikett kaufen muss, es gar kein Wiederruf als Grund der Rücksendung gibt! Nur Reklamation, was lt. AGBs dieses unseriösen Ladens, einzig eine Nachbesserung vorsieht. Heißt, man kann von seinem Wiederufsrecht gar nicht Gebrauch machen! Ich wurde ständig vertröstet, dass die Retoure der Uhr noch nicht angekommen sei, dabei hatte ich den Zustellungsbeleg von Hermes, der zeigte, dass die Ware längst bei Trade Inn angekommen ist. Erst seit dem ich bei Paypal einen Konflikt eröffnet und mit juristischem Beistand gedroht habe, kam Bewegung in die Sache. Ich erhalte nun eine weitere Polar Unite Uhr, die ich überhaupt nicht mehr möchte! NIE WIEDER! HÄNDE WEG VON DIESME LADEN1

SCAM and product STILL not received. Hope everyone reads TrustPilot in time and dont buy from this website ever too. Its been 4 months and order not received. Wrote to them multiple times and finally received a reply recently where they want me to fill in more paperwork before they can help; all with details they already know. In all, the most terrible online experience. Feel incredibly scammed. Not sure who are the few saying they received - they must be part of the scam. Either Deliver or Refund. Post-Edit: Your reply is complete nonsense. There is no option to choose alternate provider; your end has not replied me with order help after 4 months and yet the money is spent. Pls stop scamming folks.

Thanks for your most recent reply. Unfortunately it really doesn’t change my view. Estimated delivery of 24th Feb, has now turned to the 4th March. I’ve really tried to sort this issue with Tradeinn, but my comments at the foot of this long winded review still stand. Do not place any business with them, delete the app, and delete from your search engine, there are plenty others out there that do a good job. Thanks for reply Tradeinn. I have done all you have asked, but your customer service tells me the order is on its way, despite being in the same place since 19th Feb. I have been told this repeatedly with no other solutions offered. Ordered Brooks saddle protector on 16th Feb. The item has a last tracking date of 21st Feb in the Netherlands. Customer service advise to wait for tracking to be updated. This has happened since the 21st. The earliest that this would be delivered, providing it leaves its location as of 21st Feb, would be around 4/5 th March, which is a long way off from the estimated 24th Feb. Personally, I don’t think it will be at this stage, so I’ll have the usual annoyance of trying to get my money back. Do yourselves a favour, and delete this lot from your search engine, they’re well below average

Scam company - selling replica products as original, and are not willing to do it right or come to a solution. **** Answer to your reply **** Seriously?? Is this the only thing you have to say about you not sending the correct product? You are not willing to send the correct product? - i hope everyone reading will learn from this, and spend their money elsewhere.. Your only reply to me writing that you are sending Replica products instead of original products are that i can get a refund. You are not even willing to send the correct product. WOW!! You amaze me! Read and learn, people. This is how they treat customers. Stay away from this store

Ok I want to share my experience to ensure others think before they use this company as there is something quite odd about how they go about processing returns. Firstly, the product took a good few weeks to arrive (UK) and exceeded their advertised timeframes stated on the website, but I took that on the chin. More annoyingly, I received a pair of clip on Tri bars, however on trying to fit the bars I soon realised that they had sent me a set of bars that had a threaded screw so I was unable to attach one of the bars due to the bracket being jammed/useless. I reluctantly returned the bars after following a lengthy “prove they are faulty” process consisting of sending justification/explanations, pictures and videos via their website. BikeInn finally decided to issue a returns label and I sent the bars back to them. 3 weeks later and BikeInn comfirmed they had received the bars and that the refund would take 5 working days to process. Over 2 weeks later and radio silence and no sign of a refund (2 emails sent and no response with BikeInn). Today I decided to follow up with TradeInn the parent company and they responded with the following: “Your parcel has been sent to the manufacturer to verify if the defect is covered by the warranty. As soon as we have a response from the manufacturer we will contact you back through the chat in your account.” Ubelievable!!! I am now being made to wait by them for an issue that is between them and their supplier! Surely the process here should be, Customer returns faulty good, and they check and refund. They are then free to follow up with their manufacturer and obtain a refund/replacement? It seems that I am being punished for their faulty good and I will only gain a refund once it’s confirmed they are not out of pocket! I have now decide to raise a formal complaint with them and explore my customer protection rights. Avoid them at all costs, it’s just not worth the hassle for a few quid saving.

I made an ordered in the beginning of December. Package was delivered in the January and lost after that. I contacted Tradeinn support and all they answer is that they are investigating and they don’t do anything. I have contacted them already 6 times on their given investigation periods and each and every time I will get the same template answer. Money is gone, no products and no hope for refund. So, so, so sad customer.

Bijna een maand geleden voetbalschoenen besteld bij ze.(Goalinn) Meerdere keren een excuusmail ontvangen dat de levering vertraagd was: nog even een week langer wachten graag. Betekent in de praktijk langer doorlopen op de oude kapotte schoenen. Vandaag uiteindelijk zelfs het bericht gekregen dat ze niet meer leverbaar zijn, zonder ook maar iets van excuses of tegemoetkoming. Wat een flutbedrijf

Bestelling gedaan ,, track & trace...wordt maandagmiddag 24 feb. thuis bezorgd! Maar niets.... uit mailing en melding track & trace...zelf ophalen bij een agentschap, 4 km verderop ?! dat is slecht nieuws daar wij niet "mobiel" zijn !

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan en probeer in te loggen om de status te bekijken maar het inloggen lukt en de website blijkt in error te gaan. Bestelling is redelijk dringend. Ordernummer: 56546185 Hopelijk krijg ik nu vlug een antwoord van Tradeinn. Door dit te plaatsen heb ik ondertussen de bestelling ontvangen. Het was helemaal in orde en ze informeerde mij nu goed wanneer het zou toekomen.

Mein Sohn hat Größe 42 und ich habe 42 bestellt. Leider fällt die Schuhe groß aus und sein Fuß hat kein Halt, obwohl die Schuhe 42 Größe hat. Ich wollte die Schuhe zurücksenden. Dafür rechnen sie mir 7,99 für die Rücksendung! Kenne von kein Onlineshop. Ich finde es schade und sehr falsch! Hier kann man nur zurückgeben mit Rücksendung über 7,99! Nie wieder hier bestellen.

J’ai commandé une pompe à vélo. Le colis est arrivé endommagé chez un commerçant. Je n’ai pas accepte Le colis, je l’ai pris en photo et j ai signalé à Bikeinn la situation photo à l appui. Il m a été demandé de récupérer le colis pour suivre la procédure retour. Finalement Bikeinn refuse de reprendre le colis car comme il était endommagé je n’aurai pas du le récupérer. Cette pratique est inadmissible, à la limite de la tromperie. Contraire à l éthique et aux bonnes pratiques commerciales. J’ai signalé cette entreprise au Centre Européen des Consommateurs et j’espère avoir gain de cause. La somme dépensée est dérisoire (26,22€) et même là il n’y a aucune prise en charge. Site a fuir

Bestelling geplaatst met betaling achteraf omdat de recensies hier op zijn zachtst gezegd wisselend zijn. Uiteindelijk was mijn voorzichtigheid onnodig want de bestelde producten werden snel geleverd en voldeden aan de verwachting. Scherp geprijsd en betrouwbaar. Wat mij betreft dan ook een aanrader.

Comprei uma camisola técnica para a prática de desporto, de homem tamanho S. Enviaram me a mesma camisola tamanho S mas de mulher. Ou seja, um artigo na verdade completamente diferente pois a forma e tamanho são muito distintos visto ser uma roupa de compressão. Após este erro grosseiro, obviamente pedi devolução do artigo explicando o que se passou e com as respectivas fotografias. Após um período de 3 a 5 dias úteis só para analisarem o pedido de devolução, qual não foi o meu espanto quando me responderam que o artigo que me enviaram foi o correto e que se fosse devolver teria de tratar do envio e do custo do mesmo. Isto é completamente ridículo, gozam com os clientes. Apoio ao cliente foi completamente incompetente, sem qualquer análise ou cuidado ao que foi escrito pelo cliente. Atualização: Só depois de ter exposto a situação aqui é que assumiram o erro. Gastei muito tempo em emails e formulários de contato (e até dinheiro na deslocação para deixar o artigo num ponto de recolha InPost). Finalmente hoje recebi o reembolso e faltavam cerca de 3€ no valor. Questionei o porquê e a primeira resposta foi uma resposta padrão sem qualquer sentido, voltei a insistir e responderam, e passo a citar: "Se devolver um artigo por não se encaixar corretamente ou por qualquer motivo semelhante, as taxas de devolução terão de ser pagas por si." Conclusão: ou são estúpidos ou agem de má fé, de qualquer das maneiras ladrões são de certeza. Não perco nem mais um segundo com aquela gente e Tradeinn: NUNCA MAIS!

NO COMPRES SI ESTÁS EN CANARIAS!!! Un uno, por no poner un cero. Compré el 14 de Enero un traje y gafas de natación, y hoy, 26 de Febrero, sigo sin el pedido (y ya he pagado dos de los tres recibos de la financiación). No preparan bien la documentación del envío, el paquete lo han retenido en la aduana canaria, y luego la tienda se lava las manos (aparte, la aduana tampoco ayuda). He pedido a trade inn que me ayuden con el proceso de aduana, y me responden - que pregunte qué hacer en la "aduana de mi país", échale mojo! No contestan a las llamadas, ni a los emails.

13 februari bestelling gedaan en nooit meer iets van TRADEINN vernomen Vele malen een bericht via Whatsapp en mail verstuurd over een mogelijke leverdatum,maar geven niet thuis😞 Dus als je haast hebt kun je beter ergens anders bestellen!
