Feb 26,2025My kappa tracksuit arrived in great condition definitely exactly what I ordered thankful it arrived, JUST BEWARE though shipping does take awhile to come I ordered on the 4th February to New Zealand it arrived 26th Feburary although shipping stated between 14th-17th and then on my tracking said it would be delivered by 21st but didn’t arrive till 26th Feburary, so 22days for it to arrive which is a long time in my opinion when it doesn’t state it would take near that long to deliver. ID BE AWEAR ORDERING IF U WANT IT SHIPPED IN TIME FRAME AS IT IS NOT ACCURATE WHEN THE ITEM WILL ACTUALLY ARRIVE 🤌

Après cela ne contestant pas les faits on me redemande de nouvelles photos de l'emballage pour renvoyer la faute sur le transporteur. Bref, service après vente lamentable proche de la malhonnêteté. Feb 26,2025Ho fatto un ordine a inizio dicembre 2024 e stranamente la consegna era in ritardo, per cui ho fatto varie segnalazioni e il tracciamento con il link del corriere Bartolini e risultava sempre in deposito, senza che sia mai stato fatto un solo tentativo di consegna. Alla fine, dopo la mia ennesima richiesta, mi hanno comunicato che era stato restituito al mittente (naturalmente ho tutte le mail che lo dimostrano). Paypal mi ha rifiutato il reclamo in quanto secondo loro era stato consegnato. Ho scritto direttamente al venditore e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Veramente indecente, prima di tutto da parte del corriere che si conferma uno dei peggiori, poi dal venditore e da Paypal che dovrebbe tutelare gli acquirenti. Decisamente da questo punto di vista Amazon forever

Feb 26,2025Yes, the prices are attractive but the delivery times are misleading and the returns are very expensive. At the time of purchase they lead you to believe that the item will be with you in 2 days. In fact it takes over a week as it comes from abroad. I also have a suspicion they are selling conterfeit trainers. I bought the same model trainers I already own that I previously bought from Adidas own web shop. Size 38 fits me perfectly and is slightly roomy. The pair I bought from Tradeinn albeit in different colour is too small in 38. I never wore trainers in size 38.5. Not by any brand. I'm actually size 37.5 and always buy 0.5 size up to allow for comfort and socks. All my Adidas trainers are 38. This pair must be fake or faulty, there's no other explanation. But of course I had to pay over £10 to return. UPDATE: Regarding the comment below. I already sent you my order number and an explanation of the problem. You told me I have to return at my own expense.

Feb 26,2025Still completely fraudulent. I placed an order that has not arrived and they are stating it is the problem of the shipping company. I didn’t buy my goods from the shipping company so I have no contract with them. It is your responsibility to get my goods to me or give me a refund. Never use this company, they are total scammers!!!!

Feb 25,2025Frechheit was von TradeInn & Co gemacht wird. Meine erste Bestellung wurde angezeigt mit "Lieferung in 3 Tagen." - Bestellung hat 2 einhalb Wochen gedauert, da es von Spanien verschickt wurde. Ebenfalls waren die Kleidungsstücke VIEL zu groß, obwohl anders bestellt. Storniert, Rückversand nach Frankreich dauerte nochmal eine Woche... Zweite Bestellung: Lieferstatus war "Lieferung an Versandzentrum wurde eingeleitet" - Nach 2 Wochen (!!!) wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Artikel nicht auf Lager ist und ich soll doch bitte die Lieferung noch selbstständig stornieren. So etwas ist eine blanke Frechheit, ich werde nie wieder in dort Bestellen und kann jedem ebenfalls nur davon abraten! - Da kann man gleich aus China bestellen, dauert genauso lange.

SEM PREVISÃO DE ENVIO. E que se eu quisesse dinheiro de volta, eles devolviam. Apenas isso. No fim, desisti de insistir com esses amadores. UM LIXO TOTAL. Feb 25,2025Really slow to deliver, as things come to the UK from Spain. Delivery cost is high, and they charge an outrageous £10.99 for returns on small items, on top of the original delivery cost. Won't be ordering from any of the various companies that Tradeinn covers ever again.

Feb 25,2025Purchased a Google Nest Smart Speaker. The advertisement showed it had an EU plug, which I was fine with. What it didn’t say was that instructions were only in Spanish and Italian and the speaker only spoke in (I think, Italian or Spanish). As I couldn’t change it I requested a refund or replacement but Tradeinn (also known as TechInn) would only do so if I paid nearly £12 to return it. Order No.56139548

Feb 26,2025I made 7 purchases on this site in total. Still waiting for the last one. Two were lost and I never get refund for the first order from Septembar 2024. If I ask for my refund, they just send automated answers. On third shipment they send wrong number and it was to expensive to make return due to high costs. Overall, this site should be avoided..
