Zamówienie anulowałem z informacją, że zostanie złożone zawiadomienie w przypadku uchylania się od zwrotu pieniędzy. Jest to jak najbardziej możliwe. Wystarczy zawiadomić firmę VISA. Mam nadzieję, że zwrócą pieniądze beż zbędnej zwłoki. W mojej ocenie to oszuści. Nr zamówienia: 57601885

Apr 09,2025My review appears to have been removed despite providing my order number to Trustpilot at the company’s request. I have lost £99.98 as the seller sent me a broken coffee maker. Their response was that I should send it to KRUPS under the guarantee. KRUPS rightly said if it was broken on receipt or within 30 days the seller had to refund or replace. Tradeinn makes it impossible to get a refund. I regret not looking at the reviews for this company before buying. Update: Please see comments below from TradeInn. They are suggesting that KRUPS Nespresso are responsible for replacing or refunding the defective item they sent me. That is not the case. Consumer Law states that if a defect occurs within 30 days the retailer should replace or refund the item. In addition, their site does not allow for a return to be made and stated that the case is closed. Buyer beware!

Apr 09,2025Do not order from this company I ordered 2 pairs of trainers, company said items were sent but wrong label was created on them by company and couldn’t be delivered, I never see or received the items and have asked for my £157 back but just get messages back saying they will process when they get items back, I have no idea where items are Have sent lots of emails saying this is nothing to do with me it’s a tradeinn problem. I ordered trainer’s in December Awful customer service and a complete rip off Order number is 55038621 Your further reply is typical of Tradeinn You have admitted it’s a shipping company problem and are investigating, it’s a Tradeinn issue not mine, you have taken my money and won’t refund it back, this is awful customer service. Please refund my money, it’s up to Tradeinn to find where the items are, I haven’t seen or received them but you have received my money, you can look into this issue all you want but the it’s not my issue as I said before Please just refund my money? The email address you have supplied I have contacted numerous times and get the same answers that you are looking into it It’s not my issue Just refund my money please

Apr 08,2025Fiz uma encomenda (56931129)com vários artigos, como já fiz no passado nesta loja. Enviaram umas meias adidas erradas (sem cano) quando tinha pedido umas meias com cano até meio da perna. Reclamei, enviei fotos, pediram mais fotos, enviei, e simplesmente dizem que estou errado, e que eu não consigo ver que as meias sem cano que recebi são as mesmas meias com cano que eu pedi. Totalmente absurdo e sem profissionalismo, ninguém se dignou a ligar-me, nem a dar-me uma resposta detalhada e esclarecedora, querem apenas que eu assuma que pedi o artigo errado quando é claro nas fotos, que calculo ninguém se tenha dado ao trabalho de ver com atenção, que os artigos são distintos. Mau demais, muita energia e tempo dispendidos. Para esquecer esta empresa e também para deixar o aviso a outros!!! PS: Para completar o absurdo da experiência acabaram por fazer copy & paste também aqui no trustpilot da resposta que já me tinham dado, zero atenção ao cliente, zero satisfação, tratar as pessoas como se fossem desprovidas de inteligência não leva a lado nenhum, nem em negócios nem na vida em geral. Zero pontos para a tradeinn e o seu sistema de autómatos incapazes

Apr 08,2025Dieser Shop ist grauselig! Bei mir ist im Account die Rücksendefunktion nicht vorhanden, d.h. ich kann gar keine Rücksendepapiere ausdrucken. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit, ein Rücksendeettiket auszudrucken- auch nicht mit Selbstzahlung! Ich hoffe mal, dass die sich nicht grundsätzlich um die Rücknahmepflicht drücken wollen aber im Moment bin ich diesbezüglich nicht sicher, denn der Support reagiert nun inzwischen zum 5. oder 6. mal mit völlig abstrusen Antworten. Dieser Shop ist einfach schlecht.

Apr 08,2025Comprei um Nike Romaleos 4 no dia 23/02/2025, com previsão de entrega para 10/03. O pedido atrasou e, pior, nunca será entregue, pois a Tradeinn não preencheu corretamente a descrição do conteúdo, algo que é de responsabilidade do remetente. Por conta disso, a Receita Federal do Brasil não autorizou a importação e o produto será devolvido. Entrei em contato diversas vezes, expliquei toda a situação e solicitei o reembolso, mas só recebo respostas automáticas, sempre com a mesma mensagem genérica, sem nenhuma resolução real do problema. Código de rastreio: LR478043163NL – Consulta: 56568606 Não recomendo essa empresa de forma alguma. É uma fraude. Produto não entregue, atendimento péssimo e descaso total com o consumidor. Nunca mais compro e deixo meu alerta para que ninguém mais passe por isso.

Apr 08,2025Comprato un articolo tramite Amazon di questa azienda, al che dopo due giorni Amazon mi avverte che la suddetta non ha confermato l'ordine, al che io chiedo l'annullamento dell'ordine, ma l'articolo è arrivato ugualmente e con 6 giorni di ritardo, nel frattempo io avevo già comprato altrove lo stesso articolo, chiedo il reso, accettato ma spedizione a mio carico, praticamente 30€ di spedizione a fronte del valore di 52€ A questo punto lo venderò per conto mio....TRADEINN da evitare come la peste 😡😡

Apr 08,2025Bought an item which took 30 days to arrive. When it was handed over to a local courier in the UAE (emirates Post) they charged me nearly 30% of the item value for delivery. Not transparent at all from a pricing perspective would not be using Tradeinn or any of its affiliate brands nor have I gotten a decent Customer Service response

Apr 08,2025What I can say is that they are awful scammers !! Please DO NOT get trapped and fooled by low prices! After doing the payment you have to wait such a long time to get the order there you'll find out that it's either another thing in the box or the item is damaged! Then the story begins YOU CAN NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK ! All you get is stupid auto generated answers like what I'll get under this very message here that we are sorry to hear that and bla bla... These are definitely scammers don't trust them, I'll never ever touch this business. There's no support but AI generated stupid answers to your email!

Apr 08,2025I ordered a golf club from this company two weeks ago. They promised delivery between 2 and 7 days. They omitted the first line of my address so the delivery never happened. Their customer service is useless. I'm still waiting on contact from them. 9/4/2025 This is my reply to Tradeinn's response yesterday. It seems this is the only platform where I can make contact with this company. Please let me know if and when I will ever see my order. You still have not acknowledged that it was your inefficient company that omitted the first line of my address and so it was impossible for any delivery company to deliver my package.

Apr 08,2025Katastrophe dieses Unternehmen. Tv bestellt der dann defekt nach langer Lieferzeit ankam. Bei der Reklamation wurde auf Samsung für die Garantie Abwicklung verwiesen. Das ganze dauert schon ewig. Wenn tradeinn defekte Ware liefert möchte ich von tradeinn einen Ersatz haben. Schade das ich die Bewertung nicht vorher gelesen habe. Ich habe käuferschutz von Paypal eingeschaltet.

Apr 08,2025I could cut and paste one of the previous bad reviews and it would all be essentially the same. GLS delivered my package to the wrong address (NOT the fault of Tradeinn, to be fair). Apparently when this happens the sender is required to file a claim with the delivery company, who reimburse the sender while the sender reimburses the client. I filled out the declaration and they told me they would keep me updated. It has been months now, and despite frequent querying I have gotten nothing but formulaic responses to "please wait patiently" and "we will inform you." If they ever happen to reimburse me I will update this review, but in the meantime, unless you are the gambling type, I would steer clear of these charlatans.
