Apr 17,2021Complete and utter bunch of imbeciles! 6 accounts on my report, not even in a name or DOB close to mine. Raised a dispute Jan 20th. The information is still on my file. Disgusting company. Playing with peoples lives !!!!

Apr 14,2021This company holds inaccurate information and makes changing it close to impossible. They claim my score is impacted by my not being on the electoral register or having a mortgage. Both of these claims are inaccurate and I supplied proof of both almost one year ago and received confirmation of receipt. Nothing has been updated. These people are dangerous as their lack of care and professionalism negatively impacts people’s lives. Experian has no problem in recognising my status on the electoral role and that I hold a mortgage. The most frustrating thing is that nobody ever asks for a credit score, it’s provided to us without request. The onus is on the provider to get this right, not on the recipient to chase up and correct Transunion’s mistakes. Here’s an idea. How about someone from Transunion gets in touch and sorts this out? My next stop is the FCA.

Mar 29,2021incorrect default was placed on my credit file, raised a dispute on transunion, no response at all. equifax has corrected this default.

Mar 02,2021Simply useless. These people hold incorrect information and make it very difficult to dispute. They have prevented me to do my self assessment online which has lead me to get fined, just because these people are highly incompetent. I am quite shocked by the fact that HMRC are using this company. AVOID!! I am going to request that they delete the data they hold of me, which they keep saying the can hold by law, we'll see.

Feb 25,2021I would give zero stars if I could. I was alerted by an issue with my credit report (identity fraud).I disputed this which unfortunately goes through your company and you come back saying your pretty much ignoring it. Its a good job I contacted the bank so they can do your job for you! Hope you read this as you really need to look at your employees dealing with such matters as this is highly unacceptable and to be honest SHOCKING!!!!!

Feb 12,2021This credit agency is awful, it takes weeks for a reply to the simplest of queries. The website is a nightmare. My credit report is showing so many mistakes which seems near impossible to sort! Bothe Experian and equivalent are quick and efficient at get my report correct and up to date. I think it’s shocking this agency is classed as one of the 3 that lenders look at!

Jan 06,2021When it comes to matters of data and credit worthiness, one expects that businesses in that field would operate with the greatest degree of care and attention. I had never heard of this business before I decided to purchase a sofa and because I had just bought a new home decided to look at credit options. I had always had an excellent credit status and so was amazed to find I was rejected. Looking at the summary report from these people I noticed many errors including addresses I had never lived at and when I raised these with them they tried to blame other third parties for the mistakes. This was all patent nonsense as reports from the well known credit agencies that I sourced did not reflect these errors. They strike me as shambolic and potentially dangerous given the implications that their errors have on credit footprints. I am pursuing this matter with the Ombudsman as it is important companies of this ilk operate with propriety.

Dec 14,2020Can not give them less than this. My name and address are wrong on my report from Credit Karma who get the data from transunion. Trying to solve this for so long but no luck. Transunion and Credit karma do not care about it. I am trying to solve this from March 2020 but still same. I am having problem because of them. None of my credit company is using the name or address they got. I do not know where they got it. I assume bacause of the similarity of both name, they decided to use the wrong one.

Oct 31,2020Tried remortgaging to Barclays only to be refused as there is a CCJ on my credit report. This threw me as I have never had debt in my life. Checked Equifax everything clear excellent credit score. Checked Experian once again all clear excellent credit score. Checked TransUnion and shock horror so so many mistakes. 7 wrong addresses on there. Bank accounts I have never had. Default payments to a water company for which I have never held an account and a CCJ. Disputed everything. Tweeted them. Emailed them. Finally found a number rang them and they have Admitted they have mixed my credit file up with someone with a similar name and will have to now do a file separation. No apology nothing this will now end up costing me. And now I can't even view my credit report as I cannot be verified???? I will be making an official complaint and also seek legal advice. Shocking American company Update been well over 3 Weeks still not separated.

Oct 28,2020I can see so many people have similar experiences which are very serious and shocking. I suggest you all write to your local MP with a link to this review page so they can see what's happening as it's the minister responsible for appointing the ICO head that allows this to continue as they fail to do anything. they pay zero tax as all based overseas. Utter scandal and scam - link is trustpilot /reviewtransunion etc but you have to add on extra bits of address as it wont let me paste an address here

Oct 23,2020Having checked my credit report on TransUnion I saw an address which I had never lived at. After numerous emails back and forth and phonecalls I was advised that it was removed, however, I have since been denied access to my online credit report and my requests for paper copies have been ignored. I am being ignored by the organisation and have contacted the financial ombudsman to seek guidance. Is it not my statutory right to view the information held on me? I am also disgusted that the government would allow our health to be compromised by using such an incompetent organisation during a global pandemic and I'm really concerned that due to the lack of information they hold on me and the fact they are ignoring my requests for help etc that if needed my identity checked for a covid test, this would be denied.

Oct 16,2020Not able to understand data supplied to them by Natwest Bank. Will report a payment in an agreement as a missed payment. Will avoid any questions asked of them. Will point you back to the bank. Even when presented with written documentation will refuse to correct their errors. No understanding of customer service. Under review of the Financial ombudsmen.

Oct 12,2020Terrible company not fit for purpose. Unable to identify me even with all information provided. Unable to provide covid tests as a result. Not the 1st person with this problem. No indication as to why they where contracted with the covid checks as transunion isn't considered a reliable credit checker. As a result of their failures to do the basic, I will be leaving self isolation and walking a mile possibly infecting others, just to go to a walk in center that's at max capacity. Well done for being so utterly useless, I hope legal action is taken against them.
