Useless company not fit for purpose, says it doesn't hold enough information to create a credit report, I need to get some of there high interest loans and cards. I have a top notch report on Experian. keep on top of my bills and cards. One company has turned me away because they said they collected there information from here - how when this company holds none on me, they did also say I don't exist :( They also have my name spelt wrong - again all the other agencies have the correct spelling - surely thats a primary school error - again how can companies base anything on what this company has to say. You spend years building up a great credit to get a great credit score for someone like these to come along and trash you within seconds - very angry and frustrated. There complaints procedure is a joke - 28 day for a response - why take so long on something that is so very important, especially if companies are basing their decisions around what this company has to say about you. It appears this companies business is to sell you high interest loans and cards. This company needs closing down to avoid completely trashing people lives. AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS AND COMPLAIN TO FCA - MORE COMPLAINTS WILL HOPEFULLY GET THEM SHUT DOWN!!!

A bad experience with this company. It's very frustrating as we don't individually have any say over the information they collect and store on us. I fully understand there is a place for this type of business in our economy, but it's an uphill struggle when trying to change anything. I have errors in my credit file: Just so people can understand, there are two types of errors. 1) Error in the data received by CallCredit 2) Error in the way CallCredit files and manages the data received. When its the first error, CallCredit have very little power to change. The individual has to go to the sources to amend the incorrect information as it will keep on being sent to CallCredit. Once the error is sorted then CallCredit will update after they receive the next batch of data from the source. Therefore I can truly understand why it's not a quick fix to correct the credit file on this occasion. The second error is the one I have encountered. Unfortunately, there is an individual with very similar personal information to me. CallCredit can't distinguish between us and have grouped all our data together. (Equifax and Experian don't have any issues.) If anyone staff member looked at my credit file they would clearly see that there are two different individuals on it. After contacting CallCredit I seem to be going around in a circle. They stand behind the 28 day window to respond to all queries that you must email to them. 14 days after the first email, I contacted them and they've requested that I send another email explaining what the issue is again..! After that, I will have another 28 days to wait for a response. As this is completely their fault and could be dealt with in-house. I do think they should be able to sort it quicker than the 28 days. I now might miss out on a preferred mortgage because of it. Because of their administration error, it could cost me £100's of pounds. On a slightly different note. I have the complete credit history of someone else available to me. I'm sure that will breach the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that will come into effect in the next few days. Added Comment since posting this: Callcredit regards 28 days as 28 working days. After explaining to call office working that there are 7 days in a week she reply “We don’t work Saturday and Sunday so they don’t count.” which is fine. But please inform people that’s it’s Working Days. Surely, clear communication is important when dealing with complaints.

I was helped by Annabelle and Amy in the disputes team who were helpful, polite, considerate. One of the smoother experiences as I tried to work out an erroneous default against my name

The worst company I’ve ever come across. But what’s even worse is the fact that some banks and finance companies use call credit as reference for credit scoring. THEY HAVE INCORRECT INFORMATION WHICH THEY WILL NOT CHANGE!! Edit: I have contacted call credit via email and through your sister company Noddle also Totally Money. Still no response from anyone.

Appalling, "were right you're Wrong" take it or leave it or apply to FOS. Gave a poor rating to an application for CC, I successfully overturned it, as I had other credit reference agencies with top score they very kindly added note to file to clear up any highlighted errors. CallCredit just "we're right you're wrong", end of matter. P.P.S.

I paid Statutory Credit Report for £2 in order to see my credit report by Callcredit. There was a error in my report and I submitted a credit report dispute back in 9th Feb 2017. I have been told I will get a reply within 28 days but I never did get one. At the end, they could not have my credit record correction even I disputed it, I have been told Nationalwide provided them the data even Nationwide made a mistake and I have provided the proof to call credit, a letter from Nationwide acknowledging making the mistake of submitting incorrect data to Callcredit. Worst, after I submitted an initial review on trustpilot, Callcredit requested my review to be removed after 6 months and I did not realise the review was removed until I logged in one year later.

Simple to use. However they are unable to fix issues where their reports are incorrect. They are very slow to respond. Experian was much faster and offers a better service. Fixing an issue within days. Which after well over a month I'm still waiting on call credit to fix. I would not recommend them.

I had a pleasure to be assisted by Andrew Wade - a very professional member of Call Credit - I would highly recommend Callcredit solutions for the public sector.

How many bad reviews are you going to get before you do something? It was a grisly experience, misleads the customer and is impossible to find someone to contact to complain. It's SHOCKING!!! I would appreciate someone contacting me personally on lmy email address which infuriatingly you won't allow me to publish here, to discuss this.

It feels like a scam. I have good score in Experian and Equifax. Recently needed to buy something from a online store which offers monthly credit based on CallCredit report and without any information my credit application was declined. It feels like a scam, because now you go to their website, try to get a £2 report but fail for technical reason (!), then you have to go for monthly option to see your credit score. Basically all the the credit agencies do this. Our Govt. should do something about these companies.

Great service easy to use just what I required. I would recommend the Callcredit Credit Report service. It is the best one I've used and its an instant service.

The worst credit reference agency going. Every check I’ve ever had that uses Call Credit are declined. I have good credit ratings with both Experian and Equifax and am able to obtain credit easily if companies use these CRA’s. There has to be something very fishy going on if people with great credit ratings on the other two agencies have Poor ratings on CC. It doesn’t add up. Bunch of absolute money grabbing scam artists.

This is one disgusting and terrible Company, manufacturing and putting bad credit and current account that never existed on my credit report while I scored excellently on highly rated credit review companies such as Credit Expert. This company has no class and totally un-credible and how they are allowed to operate and destroy peoples lives is beyond me in this day and times.

Shocking. Despite having high score on Equifax and Experian, very low score with Noddle/Callcredit. The only thing they suggest is to pay £30 to have access to my file so I can check what's wrong. Not going to pay a pence to fix errors they must have created - no problems with any other credit score company as stated earlier. Initially they showed that I'm not on Electoral Roll - I have supplied them with evidence that I am registered - it's been now a year, and they have still not updated their records. How this type of company can actually operate legally is beyond me. It's gambling with people's lives.

We ended up using Callcredit because they took over from the previous company we used. They seemed good at first as they matched the prices and everything. Later we decided to go with a different company that suited my business' needs better for complying with anti money laundering regulations. I called the company to cancel my service and was advised to send an email stating so. I did this and didn't hear anything back. three months later I am being sent an invoice for the next year's subscription. So I call again and once again am asked to email. I finally get a reply stating as I had not given three month's notice from the renewal date so I had to pay for another year of the service. I highlighted the fact that the invoice date was more than three months after my notice. The person I spoke to agreed to look into the exact renewal date for me and get back to me. Instead they took the money from the direct debit they had set up. After calling again I was promised a call back, which never happened. Disgusting that they have no pro-activity in their approach to dealing with customers. Avoid at all costs!

There was a mismatch between the personal credit report I bought from them and the information they supplied to the bank I was dealing with. The bank had used their services to check my background before opening my account. The bank were very helpful and pointed out this mismatch to Callcredit, Callcredit told the bank I had to call them to resolve it. When I did this I was told by Callcredit there was nothing wrong with my report and I should speak to the bank. When told that I was phoning at their suggestion they said there was nothing they could do but I should go back to the bank. I asked the agent if I could speak to a supervisor to resolve this as I needed to process payments for my new business. Was told there was no one available. I would have to fill in a form and make a complaint. No sense of urgency or empathy. How many other people have had similar refusals because of the inaccurate systems they seem to operate and refuse to correct?

Absolutely appalled by this company. Attempted to get my credit score but was told I needed to send documents to verify my ID when I haven't had problems accessing my report with either Equifax, experian or noddle. I have now noticed on my bank statement they have charged me a months subscription. After calling to complain I am apparently not liable for a refund despite not using their despicable service.

I had complained few times and their answer was always just a generic copy and paste... and link to Financial Ombudsman. Poor customer service. I have a feeling this company has no experiences how to calculate a credit score in a proper manner. My credit score is Excellent in both Experian and Equifax (very close to max value) so I really don't understand why Callcredit (Noddle) are using "random" calculations as this really doesn't make any sense. And what is really interesting, imagine that if I made a voluntary early repayment of £5K on car hire and they (Callcredit) decreased my credit score, isn't it funny? Both Experian and Equifax increased it of course based on only this change comparing to previous month. My credit card balances are all 0, not using any credit at all except car PCP which will finish in a few months. I am on electoral roll for ages, never missed any payment ... and for CallCredit I am "Good" only, where for Experian and Equifax I am of course Excellent just a few points bellow the max vaules.
