I had a problem with my credit report. But some girl named Trudy was so quick to help me. She helped me through emails etc. All I want to say is big thank you to Trudy... :)
Stacey dealt with my issue and she was very understanding and the prompt with dealing with it.
Trudy was really helpful in bring to understand the issue and provide a solution to the issue relatively quickly. She was very accomodating and apologised for issues that persisted before
Why do you "ignore" legal requests for the publication of a Notice Of Correction? which is my legal right to place on my file when you publish incorrect and misleading data. Iam now filing a complaint to FOS and suggest others complain also has this CRA is a complete joke and should be fined for misleading data publication. Trust nothing it publishes has it never checks its accuracy, all leading financial institutions should also do the same. I am constantly having to correct data, check your file regularly with this CRA.!
Incorrect information, a score which is not accurate. I’ve never defaulted at all. I have my full report on Equifax and Expedia both of which are good! These people used to be Noddle which says it all. They were known for being inaccurate! Pathetic agency.
It instructed in helping anyone, wrong information recorded which has now caused me to loose my job, how can this company allow this to happen then just send an email saying there’s nothing that can be done Thanks so much for ruining my life TransUnion you need to be closed down!

This usually happens when your credit report........ blah blah. no its an automatic reply..... translation not interested.
