Ignore numbers it kicks out they need to come clean about their market practices, maybe a class action lawsuit in the UK would clean up their act, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER PAY FOR THE SERVICE OF ANY CREDIT AGENCY

Dec 03,2024Why do I have to give Transunion a star, they deserve none. They seems to be nothing but a hurry come up rougue company that looking for stripes/fame. Why the hell reputable businesses deals with them? I am disgusted with them and would give them zero star. They may be great abusers of power. I am totally disgusted with them. I want to have absolute 💯 nothing to do with them! Very, very, very sad indeed. I believe this is a terrible company

It would appear that they buy from various sources and countries judgmental information and advice then act upon it l for 1 of the numerous people involved will be seeking both damages and compensation.

A message Sent to them from weeks ago still showing I am not on the electoral role that I have been on for over 5 years, even after providing evidence! Trying to give advice and blaming NatWest as they clearly are unable to understand. I only used tranunion as it’s free with the NatWest app, but it’s inaccurate information which they cannot manage to update, illiterate emails from Lucy from ‘consumer services’ and others; and very poor management and customer relations. Avoid and don’t waste your time or money.

Nov 19,2024The information held on my credit file isn't even close to accurate. There is information for addresses from someone who has the same name as me & more being added all the time. They are almost impossible to contact unless by mail as the website is poor.

Nov 09,2024Transunion are an absolute waste of space. The score is utter nonsense as well and not up to date. They tell me I'm using over 50% of my credit limit across the board, which I am most definitely not, which in turn continues to push my score down. No amount of reasoning seems to help, and these robotic algorithms/processes they employ are drivel. My score with the 3 other major credit report providers are all very good. They're just incompetent sadly. Best part of 400 reviews saying they are too, so they have no defence. Garbage

Nov 07,2024Used by Natwest, but information is always incorrect. Cleared a credit agreement 6 weeks ago and still showing i have a credit bill. When disputed blamed the credit company, contacted them and they said it was Transunion fault for inaccurate information

Nov 07,2024I don’t use them and I have a good credit score with them but they have incorrect information to generate my score. Try to contact them and it’s not easy or worth the time. Why do NatWest use them

He is obviously a complete fool and it disgusts me that he has no contact whatsoever with the UK and the company he heads up !!!

Oct 13,2024They seem to be very happy to provide, publish incorrect information, knowingly I would suggest. They seem to care even less. I think a serious look at this company is needed, considering the damage their incorrect can cause people.

Oct 08,2024Poor poor telephone service, been on the phone for over 2 hours with the exact same repetitive music for 30 seconds then getting told if you want to hold, one of our agents will answer you call shortly, no queue, no nothing, this is thanks to my bank telling them my credit amount has gone up but nothing shows in either of my accounts, these people are an absolute waste of space, much like my bank I feel robbed giving them the one star, they deserve absolute nothing They do not even come on here to answer any reviews, they are lazy beyond belief I sent them an email so no doubt l will not get a reply this side of 2026 never mind the end of this year

Sep 15,2024Just like most of the others posting here I am shown on their profile as not being on the electoral register. I have been on the register since 2014 and have sent correspondence from Council to them but they do not correct it. They have not claimed their business ownership on this site and clearly have no interest in the bad reviews of their performance. I am very surprised the FCA allow them to continue in business. .

Sep 09,2024Hold wrong information says i missed payment and i havnt. Score me low even though equifax and experian have me on the highest scores available. Never missed a payment with anybody. This is a scam company. Tried to resolve but just refers you to lots of forms that frankly i cannot be bothered to waste my time on they need to make sure information is accurate not me if they providing this false information to high street banks.

Dec 23,2024Gave a 1 star as I can’t give zero, am not going to write a long review as all the other reviews sum up this absolute joke of a company. How the hell they are allowed to operate and control peoples credit scores is beyond me, there’s no one to speak too, you have to wait at least 28 days for a response to an email and when they do respond it’s utter garbage. You will just go round in circles and nothing will get resolved. Where is this company based? Might as well be North Korea, so I ask again, how in today’s day an age is a company like this able to have complete control over people’s credit files??? And why would big established companies use them??? lol
