After months of trying to get a Credit Report from various companies, TransUnion UK replied immediately to my enquiry. Trudy understood the problem I was having and sent me a Credit Report within days as well as the offer of further help. Excellent service and will recommend this company to others. I don't even want to give one star. I was informed by a lender that these people have me registered as deceased! One phone call later and as a result I am informed if I want this mistake to be rectified the onus is on me. Obviously this means I will have to take time, trouble and expense to put right a mistake that is not of my making. My lender was concerned about this and actually informed me out of the blue as they were mindful of the impact this could have - if not for them I wouldn't even know.
Shocking company. Disputed a number of mistakes on my credit file. Transusless rejected all of them within 24 hours. Send me emails from a noreply email address so cant respond directly. Send me a number but dont tell me what account it is regards to. Credit karma get supplied by these clowns so all the false information gets passed to them making the leg work for me double. Totally shocking company they dont dispute anything and palm people off with noreply emails. Should be shut down youre an unfit company to hold peoples future in youre hands. I wouldnt trust these with a stapler. 3rd party companies also have rules about displaying false information. There always quick to pass the buck and blame the company they get the information from when they should be doing checks to validate the informatiin they are displaying. And only displaying factual information not some made up stuff that i know nothing about.no one has given this company more than 1 star. How is this a "great" company????. Its total cr@p. Look at the reviews how many people have 1 review and its for transunion??????? I dont think so, im calling scam. Notice the reviews have names of agents who work at this company?. Who reviews a company like that other than people who are payed to do so or are being told what to put on the review. The reviews have more false information than my credit file i didnt think that was possable.
I wrote to Call Credit almost 2 weeks ago and I am still awaiting a response. Furthermore, I then emailed them twice and still no response. I need my credit file updated asap and they are absolutely terrible with communication. Why can they not provide a contact number?!!!
