They have a phone number. All 3 options return you to the main menu. You can't talk to a human.

Absolute disgrace as a company ! I have been refused Klarna after using it for years and never delaying a payment. I have a perfect credit score !!! I have never used TransUnion in my life !!! I use Experian instead. When I got declined from klarna just days after placing an order they told me that I have gotten declined because my details don't match the credit reference agencies. They work with both Experian and TransUnion. I have updated my details using Experian and everything is up to date, however I have never used TransUnion before. I went to their website to check what's going on and I have put my details there to try and check my report and they have told me that my details don't match. I used my old address and old title which used to be Miss and it worked. I was able to see that they haven't updated their system in the past 4 months and there wasn't an option to update my details by myself. I have to contact them via email which didn't help because they got back to me with an email that didn't apply to what I said whatsoever and after sending a few emails back and forth they told me that they have raised my dispute to their dedicated team and they will get back to me in 28 working days. This is beyond ridiculous. I have been refused due to the incompetence of some company that got my details how exactly???????? They shouldn't even be a company, just horrible !!!

On my bank site I have a poor rating .This is inaccurate and insulting. Get your act together or bugger off. I am a registered voter. I OWN my home (no mortgage) I have considerable savings within the bank that displays my poor rating I have credit cards with two high street banks( nothing owing on them. I pay off any balance owing before it incurs interest). AND I’m a poor risk. No wonder banks are going bust and having to be bailed out by the taxpayer (ME) .

This company obviously have some kind of contract with my bank (Lloyds). I have only recently noticed that their credit checker has incorrect details for me (incorrect address). I have reported this issue to them several times. I have also presented the evidence they have requested, more than once. They still have not changed my details, despite their assurance that they would do so. Frankly, in my opinion, their customer service is unreliable and inadequate. I have complained to both them and Lloyds bank. Despite the potential for fraudulent activity, they appear to lack any sense of urgency in addressing the issues or taking responsibility for their obvious inadequacies. This issue is ongoing! Avoid at all costs - trust nothing they tell you.

these credit companies taking down the country's GDP. They are making a depressed young generation and students can't make their own projects. God will punish one day every worker and their generation. Thank you to god that I do not need to credit score. Without any reason, they dropped 151 points 🤣. Insane companies and the government doing nothing. I have never been bankrupt, always pay my utility bills on time, have never been a fraud, paid my mortgage installment on time, never took a loan, and never missed any credit card payments.

My credit report was showing the wrong name, put in a request to change this over a year ago (26/02/2022) and it is still not completed. Have given them information requested such as proof of address, electoral eligibility etc but still nothing is done. I get a response every 3 months saying all is done, when it isn't and have proved it multiple times. Have dealt with Alicija, Orestas and Greta, all of whom have told me it is resolved when it isn't. Absolutely shocking service for such a simple request. Would give 0 stars if possible

Checked my credit score via Rbs app and totally wrong info about my electoral role information. Woman on phone was disgusting & rude ! Told me I had to get proof and show proof of being on electoral roll from my council ! What the hell ! I thought that was the job of a credit reference agency to show accurate and correct information ! Do not use this company they are worse than useless and will be contacting Rbs to tell them to use a reputable company in future !

My TransUnion credit report is full of inaccuracies. There is a person I have never heard of, a person with a similar name and 3 different addresses that show up on my credit report. Multiple different credit accounts linked with the two unknown names and 3 unknown addresses. I have raised disputes with TransUnion and they have not corrected a single error as yet.

Awful credit reference agency. I have a perfect score with Experian and a very good score with Equifax. My score used to be very good with Transunion then for some reason it nosedived overnight. With a bit of digging I found a BT default on there from 2019 for £20 which wasn't on there until recently. I'd already had this removed from my equifax report because it was wrong. Equifax contacted BT and had it removed no problem. Suddenly it has turned up on Transunion. I've tried logging in to Transunion to raise a dispute, and what a joke that is. They can't verify me even though I have given them all the correct information. This all came to light after I was refused finance for £300, I was accepted for a mortgage with Natwest last year!!!!!!!

Completely useless malicious bunch of morons IMHO. Should be dealt with by the police and prosecuted. Directors jailed and fined for running such an appalling company. Should be BANNED and closed down. Utterly USELESS customer services, Cannot even answer simple questions. REFUSE to deal with complaints. Written false information in final response letters to justify their incompetence in my estimation. Even a Statutory credit report issued, a moron customer service rep entered an incorrect surname and still sent me a statutory credit report. Now this USELESS company now fails to online identify me even though I have lived at the same address for over 30 years and a customer services rep confirms my name and address are correct and are on the electoral register. Signed up with TotallyCredit that uses TransUnion for its Credit information/identity checks successfully yet when the same address and personal details are correctly entered directly into TransUnion Statutory Credit report, online request form the company fails to identify me. What F *ck is going on? It is time this company is permanently shut down!

they have a default on my account that was settled 2 1/2 years ago not on other credit companies reports their customer service and complaints are useless they don't reply

TransUnion seem to be lowering my score dramatically everytime I look - I bought a mattress on credit, which I’ve faithfully paid back on time each month, and they dropped my score 23 points. They dropped it 11 points this month for absolutely no reason. My score with Experian is excellent, when I looked on CheckMyFiles to see what discrepancy was causing such a huge difference, everything was basically the same. Except my address history with TransUnion was utterly wrong.

I never missed any payments ever. I am a finance-savvy person. Yet, TransUnion keeps reducing my credit score. I pay my credit cards in full each month but when the balance shoots up (i.e. when you buy holidays or pay for a car deposit), it takes a chunk of my score. When the credit card is paid in full next month, the score does not go back up!! They do not check (or know) your affordability. If you are a heavy credit card use, you are at risk here. It does not matter even if you settle bills every month. On one hand, they suggest we increase our credit card limits to improve our scores, and on the other hand, when you use that credit (even wisely), TransUnion penalises you. They even reduce the score upon soft searches (i.e. at the time of insurance renewals). This practice must stop. When you switch telephone operators (when buying a new phone or a new sim card deal), TransUnion shows closed accounts as open and active. These guys behave as if they are not regulated. They are playing with so many people's lives. UK's FCA, ICO and all Ombudsman should deeply review their business and practices. Till then, be careful with TransUnion. Is there any UK regulator that can look into this business, please?
