The only agency failing to recognise I am registered to vote. Sent multiple emails and made multiple disputes. 7 months and counting, still not resolved. Each time I call they don't have records of previous enquiries. I am shocked banks even use these guys.

Terrible, disgusting, awful, unprofessional, records out of date. Those are just some of the comments from other re iews and,I agree. We xant all be wrong, thos company should be taken to court and closed. Pile of useless clowns.

By far the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I provided proof of my electerol roll status and without even checking properly they declined. They've since backtracked explaining they will investigate further. Overall, Customer service is severely lacking, late responses and no apologies given.

Useless company I had people get things in my name I have proof it wasn't me but the wont take off my credit file thought equifax was bad but they all the same useless

My payment goes out on the 29th each month! February 28 days! I’ve paid twice in March but now I’ve MISSED ! ! a payment !!! Have contacted Them, No one wants to know! ! Have contacted my provider I’m up to date!! But TransUnion is Final!! Is so Defintive !! My credit score is impacted, I don’t need it I have money! Just really disappointed the way I’ve been treated!!!

The worst Customer Service and processes in the world! If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with them, prepare yourself to get very frustrated and to have to deal with many inefficient processes. I have raised 2 disputes and called their number with regards to my credit report having incorrect address details and I've had no acknowledgment on my disputes (raised a month and a half ago and chased via email). My details are correct on all my bank statements and bills and their response was "there's nothing we can do, your bank needs to send us the updated details".... I have updated all my details 5 months ago. Clearly you are having serious integration issues with your systems and the Customer service is just so unhelpful towards affected people.

Absolute useless company, should be struck off! How an incompetent organisation like this can be given the responsibility of deciding a credit score and, therefore, impacting your life, is totally beyond me. I would contact them with my issues but, gathering by the comments on here, I won't waste my breath.

Provided incorrect information about me to an employer which resulted in me losing 4 weeks of paid work. The information they supplied was about someone else and they have admitted this. They have refused to compensate me for the financial loss. Will be contacting information commissioner's office, BBC Rip Off Britain and the person who's information they have passed on as mine.

They put wrong things on your credit file and refuse to remove them l complained about something an ee debt which l don't owe as l have been in a contract on my son's account for 5 years and l can prove it.. they said l had been unsuccessful in getting it removed lies like that cause you credit issues I'm thinking of reporting TransUnion to the ombudsman this company are useless

I have a perfect credit score, confirmed by both experian and equifax, unfortunately for me however transunion does not recognise any of my details and, as a result, I am unable to get a new phone from Samsung. I phoned to query this and was passed from person to person with no one caring and each person giving a different excuse as to why they could not be bothered to help. 12 days later I am still waiting for a response and I still cannot get a new phone. As my current one is temperamental, this is having a significant impact on my business. Terrible company with terrible customer service, its no wonder the ratings are so low.

Called them today to advise that their information is wrong and that I'm on the electoral roll and provided the references to prove it but they could not have been less interested. Woman on the phone claims all she can do is apologise.

Worst service in the world, 4 months and they have still not updated my electoral roll information. I submitted a letter from the council as required. All disputes are ignored. I think they purposefully discriminate against immigrants.

AWFUL COMPANY. Has various incorrect accounts linked to my husband just because he has the same name as someone else. Raised numerous disputes. All have been ignored. Off to the Ombudsman next to raise a dispute about this shocking situation. None of the other credit agencies report this incorrect info.

This company has totally inaccurate information on my report relating to a credit card. They state it has never been paid yet its the complete opposite. I've raised a dispute and we will see how quickly they respond and correct my score. Disgusted!

What a shameful company and practices - you can see exactly what they are doing by trying to drive up banking business a.k.a. selling loans and credit cards to everyone, nothing to do with understanding credit worthiness or risk mgmt at all. Lloyds Bank should be ashamed working with them on their platform. I have a mortgage and credit card and a healthy income to pay off my debt. Saving enough on the side and it tells me my scores go down every month because I should have a much larger credit card limit and utilise it.. that is just pure bs.

Disgusting company. How on earth companies and banks wish to use these services to protect themselves and customers is beyond me! They are breaching data protection policies by providing personal details about other people! I can quite literally use someone else’s details fraudulently. An if I’m honest I’m pretty confident they are the root cause of majority of people being scammed. I’m genuinely concerned my data isn’t safe and when trying to prove I am who I am? Which apparently is impossible? 🤣 I have no trust in any company using these services! I’m hoping this will encourage others to be mindful and to check who has what information about you. Because I know I cannnot be the only one. This experience has caused unnecessary stress.
