Very poor credit company, keep dropping my account score because someone else open account with same name but different date of birth. When I called ask to explain me she cut my call. They just giving me stress that’s it without reason
If I could give Trans Union 0 Stars I would, absolutely shocking company that never has the right information. Lloyds use Trans Union unfortunately, and all my information is incorrect, I've emailed them twice as they instruct you too, but no response whatsoever. Yet Experian manage to achieve accuracy each month. This has an impact on your credit file, which is fine, but at least gather the correct information! You have balances on my credit cards that aren't there, apparently my main account doesn't have any activity, strange, as this is where everything comes in and out, and this has been like this from your side for nearly a year!
Transunion has incorrect information regarding my electoral roll registration. Despite disputing this and sending across evidence from my local council, Transunion closed my dispute and said they didn’t have any evidence. This is not the first dispute of mine they have closed. Their customer service is abysmal and the information they store is completely incorrect which is negatively affecting my score with them. I do not have these issues with any other credit reporting agencies, just Transunion. Absolutely useless and I cannot believe companies trust these incompetent imbeciles.
If I could, I would give it zero stars, I've had a mortgage for two years and they still don't see it, and when I filed a complaint they asked me to prove it, I'm not here to do your job for you, if you can't do the job correctly, don't do it, you estimate my points incompetently, what's more, you send this crap to banks and other similar institutions, to prove it, just look at Equifax or Expirian which see my mortgage, lack of professionalism, the government should severely punish you and lock you up!!!!
Really annoyed with my TransUnion score. I fully paid off two home improvement loans, one on 31st August, one on 7th September. We live in a digital world where transactions take minutes to appear, yet it takes TransUnion 30 days minimum, and up to 90 days to adjust the credit score. Please take this criticism as justified in 2023, that customers are being discriminated for up up to 90 days when trying to sort out their financial issues. I do not give a company with so many billion the right to mistreat customers.
What a joke of a company. I have provided clear evidence that I'm registered to vote. My dispute outcome was unsuccessful. Unreal, without any explanation. Bunch of clowns..

I implore you all to take urgent action and put this agency in special measures to avoid further liabilities. We will be duly contacting the relevant authorities in writing as well as national media to discuss these issues further which are greatly impacting consumers and is in the wider public interest that this situation is made public.
Unless, sent an enquiry, no reply, just another phantom service. No point in contacting them.
Horrendous customer service. I have been trying to get my records updated with my 'registered to vote' information for TWO YEARS. The issue clearly lies with them but they just keep saying their records are correct - my credit report says otherwise. Diabolical to deal with and I can't believe so many companies use these clowns for credit information.
Their information is incorrect. They have my name wrong and are refusing to correct it. I changed my name in 2019 and everyone updated their files. There isnt a single entry on their system that will be in my old name. They are being deliberately awkward despite them being in breach of laws
4 months late reply (had to raise with the regulator twice), confusing initial responses as they obviously didn't read the complaint or try to clear up the confusion, and constantly tell you to go away instead of attempting to ensure they've cleared up the issue. It's crazy because ultimately in my complaint, I found out they were entitled to do what they did (even if I think it's very unethical and anticompetitive), but figuring that out took so so much longer than it needed to and I was up against customer 'relations' who didn't want to deal with you and patted themselves on the back every time they responded with gibberish.
I would review them 0 if I could. They wronged my data and no feedback to the dispute.
Can’t give a minus. We need a No win lawyer to teach these clowns. They hide behind excuses and who pays them ?
If I can I would give TransUnion UK ZERO stars. Useless. These people wronged my data twice. The first time the correction was immediate and they even did not ask for any proof. The second time they refused to correct their mistake and not accepting legal documents issued by UK government authorities (postal vote confirmation letter from the local authority). They have to accept they often make mistakes. That is something that affects me much less than it affects their reputation for which it seems TransUnion UK doesn't care enough. There is absolutely nothing personal in my opinion.
What pants of a company
This company is being used by my energy supplier Octopus Energy. Their records show that my account with Octopus was last update in January.,I have tried to raise with TransUnion which is pointless and Octopus say it is up to me to raise with TransUnion. Are hey not acting for Octopus and it’s their responsibility not mine!!
Absolute useless company, should be struck off! How an incompetent organisation like this can be given the responsibility of deciding a credit score and, therefore, impacting on ones life and ended up making a dent on my long-term good credit score, is totally beyond me. I wouldn't even bother contact them with my issues, gathering by the comments on here, I won't waste my breath.
What a joke. Why are HMRC using these cowboys? They must be really cheap. Come on Rishi you can do better. I've been living at the same address for 35 years, registered to vote and paying council tax but these jokers still can't confirm my identity!
I was on the phone with Martynas who actually listened to my problem, and assured me that my concerns would be taken seriously and addressed promptly. More people like him are needed at that place.
