Jan 08,2024My husband bought our beautiful tree in 2018, and now many of the bulbs have burned out. I went to your website to order replacement bulbs but to my surprise, you don't carry the correct bulbs! I did order one of your bulb packets, thinking they might work, but they don't. I have looked at other sites (Amazon, etc.) but can't find any that will fit. It's a nightmare! I'd hate to have to toss the whole tree because I can no long find replacement bulbs. Any suggestions?

Jan 04,2024Very pleased with my tree. The website made it easy to filter and select the tree that was best for me. Shipping was very fast as I received the product within days of ordering. I like that the tree branches are tinted brown giving it a lifelike appearance. Fluffing up the tree does take some time and while I wasn't able to get my tree to look like the website and fill in all the "spaces", it had a very realistic look and reminded me of the real trees from my youth. Great product and super helpful staff.

Jan 03,2024Shipping was fast and easy, tree setup was straightforward and once you fluffed and arranged all the branches, it was a beautiful tree. the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are more green lights than red or blue. and the green lights stay on more than the other colors. it may have been better if they blinked more so the green color wasn't so strong.
