Dec 29,2023The lighting on the tree is not great. There is a significant dark area on the tree that is due to fewer bulbs. And the colored lights are a terrible color scheme. There is an over abundance of green lights. I bought this tree due to the ability to lower the intensity of the led lights. But when on the lighter setting the red lights turn white so it looks like a Seahawks tree. Not happy with the colored lights at all, so we’ve kept the white lights on all season. If I had known that would be an issue I wouldn’t have purchased this tree.

Dec 26,2023Excellent customer service. Very slow on delivery. Product disappointing. First tree was poorly lit. Several dark spots with non-movable lights. Sent photos to company and 6 days later a replacement arrived. This tree ‘tilts’ to one side (not erect), very thin or missing branches around bottom of the tree also a few holes throughout…in general, the pre-lit exposes very large electrical connections within the tree. 2 out of 2 not good trees. When second tree was reported on Dec 23rd we were told to refer to return policy …which was ‘return within 30 days of receipt and before Dec 23rd’. Well that didn’t work either! Who wants a Christmas tree that ‘leans’? Not us!!!
