Jan 02,2024My tree was ruined by a workman two years ago. Last Year I had a real one and loved it. But this year I wanted one that looked real That I didn’t have to worry about needing water when I traveled. I ordered one from another company first and it looked—fake. When I got the one from Treetime I was thrilled. It’s looks real. It is beautiful and I have now told so many friends and clients i wish I’d bought from you sooner. It’s worth it to spring for the real looking one. I’m a happy customer and will be an ongoing point of referrals for you! Not only do I live where you’re based, I am a long time successful Local Realtor with a lot of clients who know now where do go for a perfect tree!

Jan 02,2024FAR more difficult to set up than advertised!! I would pay handsome to see someone set this thing up in 30 to 60 minutes!! Should come with a warning label that states: not suitable for anyone not willing to work from a ladder! The flimsy Chinese wring most certainly add to your profits on this $1500 tree

Jan 02,2024Our 9’ tree was nice-looking after the many hours of fluffing. Here are the cons: The lowest branches are a good height (about 18”) off the ground- the pole is tall at the bottom. This makes it difficult to conceal the pole from view with a skirt or collar- we had to wrap it inside the collar to make it not look bad. It’s essentially a 7’ tree with a tall base pole. The other annoying feature that should be corrected is the lights- we got the color- changing LED setup, and they are not the highest tech lights for one, which would be expected with such a high price tag, but you can’t use an auto timer to turn them on/off because the lights need to be manually reset every time the power is cut. It’s very inconvenient. I didn’t know this would be an issue or I would’ve kept looking. Also, I recommend gloves and mask when handling the branches - there is a coating applied to make the plastic less flammable and it comes off. Required by law, apparently, but nonetheless unhealthy. Gloves should be included.

I ordered from California and my purchase shipped and arrived quickly. I had never heard of the company before performing a quick Google search for the product I needed, but I was quickly comforted in the legitimacy of the company after finding their Instagram page and realizing they have an actual storefront in Illinois.

Dec 31,2023I purchased my first artificial tree this year from Treetime, and I couldn’t be happier! I called customer service several times with questions before I made the decision to purchase my tree. They were so friendly and helpful. When my tree arrived it was so easy to get it out of the box and quickly assemble it by myself (I am 5’2 and 71 yrs old) so that was important for me. The reason I picked the Claradon tree is because the Height, width, and multicolored incandescent lights were all EXACTLY what I wanted!! It’s a beautiful tree, and I look forward to many years of enjoyment from it

Dec 30,2023I ordered a 4’ prelit green tree and received a 4’ prelit white tree. I called Treetime and the customer service rep was very friendly and told me to keep the tree and donate it (which I did). My green tree arrived two days later. I’m impressed by how this problem was handled!

Dec 30,2023During December 2023 we put up the tree we had ordered a year ago! Tree (6.5 ft balsam fir) went up fine, good quality. But we had lots of trouble with the rotating stand, finally it burned out. BUT the company actually replaced the rotating stand, and the second one works FINE. EXCELLENT service, great attitude!

Jan 03,2024I had purchased a tree from Balsam Hill but wasn’t satisfied with it. It didn’t feel Christmasy in its lighting and design. Though BH is more widely marketed, I found TreeTime through a Google search for realistic trees. I ordered a Western Balsam, even though I’ve always been a Frasier lover. I could not be happier with the beauty and realism of this tree! I combined it with Frasier scent and people thought it was real all season long. Guests would go over and smell it and touch the needles, without ever realizing it wasn’t real. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. Thank you!!!
