Jan 22,2022We have ordered Cumberland Fir for the past Christmas based on the pictures & the online description claiming 75% of real-needle PE branches. The tree was delivered on time and is very full - however save your money and chose a different provider if you, as us, value the real-branch look - as in reality, a max of 50% of branches are real-life like and in many places the cheap looking PVC, paper like branches stick out. I am giving 2 stars as the materials was the main decision point for us and the company didn't stick to its online promises. Also the customer service never replied to my query to make things right. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Jan 21,2022After speaking with one of your customer service reps for well over 30 minutes, he explained MANY trees to me, we decided on the Bellevue Balsam. Just received it today and absolutely LOVE it!!! Exceeded my expectations! We had previously purchased a tree from what was recommended as, "the best place to get an artificial tree" and were greatly disappointed.... shipped it right back! I will recommend Treetime from now on!!!! Just amazing!!! And, fantastic customer service!!! Thank you!!

Low quality in my opinion for that kind of money . Our old tree was built much better . Maybe I should have looked around at other places or other trees, Oh well …,

Jan 17,2022We replaced our 12' incandescent light tree from 2014, as lights were failing. Decided to go LED on this tree, and loved it. Much easier, solid connections from tree section to section. Loved the remote that allowed us to change lighting formats. This tree was much lighter than the 2014 tree, as evidenced by the fact it came in 2...rather than 3...boxes. It was easy to put up and performed flawlessly during the 2021 season. Regarding delivery...it was on time and with good communication.

Jan 15,2022Needed to return an item and customer service would never respond to emails like they had done in the past. So, I missed the window on returning. I wanted to return because I thought I was buying the same lights I had bought the year before, but realized they were not the same when I got them. Had a good experience last year, not so much this year.

Jan 14,2022We have been very impressed with the customer service provided by Treetime. Through the entire process, they have communicated in a timely manner. In spite of all the shipping delays and natural disasters we still got our tree only a few days after the original estimated date! The tree we purchased is lovely and great quality.

We all understand the current supply chain climate but they were also rude, mean and nasty when questioned about it relative to their original commitment. No communication except an occasional form email with no tangible information. The fact that this survey comes before the purchases items is telling.

When my tree finally arrived before Christmas, as promised, I was very happy with my purchase. It's a beautiful tree, easy to assemble as well as to store. Jan 12,2022Even though shipment was extremely delayed, it was beyond control. The only thing I would suggest is that the company regularly relay info to customers. We wanted this tree, and it’s great. We’ll use it next year.
