Whilst dealing with my sons RTA claim she not only offered excellent advice but also was very caring and friendly. We were kept updated throughout the whole process and Aleksandra was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Nov 18,2019I was unfortunately involved in an accident 3 years ago which wasn’t my fault, it was an unfortunate situation where I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I knew I needed expert help and was very nervous as I had never done anything like this before, this was well and truly out of my depth and I needed guidance as liability was confirmed by the defendant. With intense research online I found Helen Beaumont from True Legal and it was the best decision I had made calling. Helen showcased determination and true expert knowledge consistently, and I felt so relieved I had her on this rollercoaster ride with me. I can’t recommend Helen and her team enough. I’m just so pleased I made that call, I’m eternally grateful.

Nov 14,2019I chose Truth Legal due to reading the reviews and Catherine is certainly recommended! My case was a very long drawn out case due to the other side but Catherine kept it stress free! Throughout the process I would receive regular friendly and professional communication. I can’t recommend Truth Legal enough and especially Catherine. They will be my first choice if I ever need the service again.

Nov 14,2019Catherine was amazing throughout , at first I wasn’t sure about claiming and thought it would be a very complicated lengthy process however Catherine reassured me throughout the claim and everything was very transparent with no hidden cost or complications and very easy to understand. The completion only took 10 months , given the nature of my claim this was very fast ! I can’t thank Catherine enough for her results she got me . Nov 11,2019Many thanks to Catherine Reynolds for her professional yet friendly handling of my case. She was patient and thorough,and I am more than happy with the compensation negotiated for my motorbike accident, as with Truth Legal's fair and transparent fee system. The only very slight drawback was the somewhat lengthy timeframe of what will be nearly 14months for a relatively minor and straightforward claim when fault was already admitted. I will definitely use and recommend Catherine (and truth legal) again to any friends or family should the need arise.

Sep 25,2019My first contact with Truth Legal was through a message on their website. I receive a reply back promptly from Andrew Gray - the firm's Director- to confirm that my case was viable and suitable for their services and that a solicitor will call me to discuss in some detail. Like a triage call. The call was with Helen Beaumont. Unfortunately, Helen was truly unpleasant during this call. She clearly had better things to do than talk to me and very quickly - within a few minutes into the call - set verdict that my case was likely to be unsuccessful as I had waited too long - 2 years since the accident. She shut down any hope and this was disappointing at a time when I felt particularly vulnerable. It made me feel extremely guilty that I had waited for two years to try to recover naturally - as the prospect of a legal battle was very daunting to me, so I kept on waiting for the pain to go away and had physiotherapy privately with little results. After the call with Helen B. and encouraged by my family, I decided to follow up the call with an email and copy Andrew to ensure Helen was the best prognosis on my situation. This time Helen was very helpful and did refer me to her colleague Catherine Reynolds to handle my case. From then on my customer experience was great. If not for Catherine I would have not choose Truth Legal. Catherine was professional, personable, intelligent, patient and kept me informed during the lengthily process of the case. Catherine achieved settlement, which had covered the full treatment for all my injuries and a compensation for the time and health loss I suffered. It would have been 5 starts from me have I not had to deal with Helen B. As had I followed Helen's advice I would have now a huge bill for treatment coupled with a heavy sense of defeat and unfairness for the rest of my life, the accident was not my fault. Thank you Truth Legal and Catherine Reynolds for your help during a difficult time in my life. On top of this, their fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

Nov 28,2019I found this Solicitor's firm through a google search for Professional Negligence ... amongst a few hundred more ... and I read Andrew's blog with interest. The single word that made me pick up the telephone was "ethical" and I was not disappointed. The receptionist was extremely professional and said that someone would call me back that day. As promised Georgina Parkin, emailed and returned the call. Georgina was patient, knowledgeable and very professional offering me a free listening legal ear. This is an extremely rare and priceless commodity but above all she was human and able to show real empathy for my predicament. Georgina is a real gem and if I require legal representation I will not need a google search the next time! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Georgina, for giving me the little lift I needed today to continue on in my quest for justice. From just one phone call and my previous experience of other Solicitors I feel totally reassured that this truly is an ethical firm that believes people come before commercial gain. Legal fees are expensive and I would have no hesitation in paying for further advice as I know it would be worth every penny!
