May 17,2022Stay away. Stay far far away. You are promised the world from day 1, and given nothing. I was enrolled for 6 months, threatened with a lawsuit from a creditor (which was explained that can happen), however when I uploaded the document and called I was told I’d have a confirmation within 2 days. That was over a week ago, nothing. The attorney I was assigned is beyond careless and is clearly on board to collect her nice fat paycheck every week.I texted her when the notice regarding potential lawsuit was being filed and her reply didn’t even include a hello, it was literally “there’s nothing we can do until they do”. Do yourself a favor and call your creditors yourself to negotiate. One of my creditors dropped $3k in interest off what I owe, and then knocked off another $600 after enrolling in a payment plan with them which will have my account reflecting as up to date with them in 3 months. My credit plummeted which I knew would happen, but I feel I was really reeled into this program and it’s not what they lead you to believe. Customer service is a whole different topic. The amount of “um’s” I received every time I’d call left me feeling so unsettled. I’m a gut instinct person and something just felt so off. I enrolled myself asap and am waiting on my refund for the money that’s been deposited for the last 7 months.

Apr 01,2022I was in substantial debt, as far as I was concerned. Turnbull put me on a Monthly Auto withdrawal. It's going on four years, and I was able to take out a small loan to pay them off. They always keep in contact with me. They always let me know how I'm doing. I appreciate that they took the smallest amount that they could. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is over their heads in Credit Card debt.

Mar 30,2022Upfront, they are very friendly and great at pretending like they care for you. They're customer service voice is excellent too, BUT do not forget the stereotypes of a lawyer. Underneath it all, I'm learning that they are manipulative and deceitful with their very carefully chosen words. I've been in their debt resolution program since 2019 and was told I would only be in the program for 48 months paying off a fixed amount, but the attorney I just spoke with said I'll be in the program MUCH longer. I'll be paying THOUSANDS more because they can't do their job as promised. In the end, after all the settlement fees, I'll have paid more to them then I would have to the credit card companies. If they settle everything and resolve everything by 48 months or sooner, I'll change my review and rating, but as of now, I'm convinced they're snakes and need to change their name to Turnbullsh*t Law. Be careful, they're not as great as they seem. Just read their responses to all these reviews! They're really good at being generic and fake. And if you read their replies carefully, you'll see that they really don't care about their customers. Let's see how fake and generic their response to this review will be! Michelangelo Sheller is not my real name... I don't trust Turnbull so in order to protect my account and ensure don't get butthurt and stall my progress, I am using a pseudonym.

May 27,2022I have had a good experience thus far. Everyone I’ve been in contact with have been helpful and pleasant. I’ve been happy with my experience so far, but I’m only about a month in a 4 year program.
