Apr 22,2023This program was not for me. It sounded great but it's super slow! I didn't realize the lawyers get most of their fees first. You also pay a maintenence fee on your account every month. I did receive my first settlement pretty quick but my creditor would not be paid until almost 3 months later because the lawyers get paid first. I had a couple accounts in but my second settlement was predicted to come in sometime around October. That leaves all my other accounts falling further behind and accruing more interest and fees . It just made no sense. Their fee is ridiculous and almost sad how it's almost taking advantage of someone's situation. It's 20 percent of each enrolled debt. This is the total debt not the settlement amount. So on a 14,000 debt you are almost paying 3000 in fees. Even though they settled you for 7000. They focus on one account at a time which I didn't realize. I thought they would communicate with each creditor at the beginning of the program , work a settlement with each and pay them in a reasonable time/fashion. This program gave me anxiety . I canceled the program and dealt with my creditors directly. This approach saved me alot of fees and stopped the harassing calls!!

Mar 24,2023I wrote a review on March 6 the following Do not do business with these people. I have posted before about the lawyer they hired on my case, increasing premiums and not doing his job. I got a call from a representative who took care of the problem at that time and she was to contact me back in January. Here it is in March and no phone call. I have called her many times and no return call. They cant do what they say. They promised me one figure and I am on my way to paying over and above what I owed on my account. Worthless. Mar 13,2023While I appreciate the end result I have been tortured by 20 to 30 calls a day for months while this is sorted out. I also was told my credit score would only go down 10-20 points...it went from the low 600s to the low 400s, over 200 points!!!

Mar 02,2023This is the worst organization I’ve ever dealt with. I went in the program in 2019 today. I received an email and a text message from them stating that they had settled another debt and wanted me to approve an additional 24 months. I’m supposed to be done in June 2023. No one can answer where my money went to and why the debts have not been paid off. My initial call to them when I had issues about the money the gentleman his name was Eric had the nerve to tell me well what do you think we’re not supposed to get paid they have taken over $17,000 from me and my debt are still not completely paid off the biggest debt is the one they want me to do another 24 months in their program. This is crazy how can they keep taking my money and not provide me with clean debt. I shouldn’t even give them a one star they should have zero.
