Feb 16,2023This program was misrepresented from the beginning. I was told that the company had money to upfront to my creditors after negotiating a lower payoff total, while I just continue to make monthly payments to my dedicated account.... Process was drug out much longer as they waited for my account to build funds for my first payoff... meanwhile all my creditors were continuing to add interest fees to accounts and my credit was getting worse. They do this to everyone except those who can put lots more into the dedicated account. And if you can afford that, you can talk to your creditors yourself and negotiate like I did. You therefore can bypass their high fee for this service and get quicker results.

Feb 08,2023So far every time I got a letter they were quick enough to respond back and to talk to the creditor and resolve and settle the account. So far so good great eay to get out of debt with interest free and low payments

Nov 20,2022They do the absolute minimum and you rack up fees along the way. Impossible to speak to anyone who cares. Trying to pay it off early and they just drag it out doing nothing and constantly increasing the payoff amount with every inept phone answerer I spoke to by adding fees. Everything is automated to milk you as long as possible. Would not recommend it. Heavily regret using them. Still jerking me around as we speak. OVER $1100 in all previously unlisted fees AFTER I provided ample money, as told by 3 Turnbull employees, and still going 11/26. Edit: Even AFTER providing the contact info requested in their note below, they charged an additional unlisted previously fee, when they claimed all fees were transparent, a "Settlement Fee" of $954.93, which just so HAPPEN to be near all the money left in the account, probably trying to make up for lost future fees, as well as a few others due to the fact they didn't get to my account in Oct when I provided ample money into the account to pay ALL outstanding fees and charges listed in their dashboard and was told so by THREE people at their company who answer the phones, and I was charged Nov fees and they INTEND now on charging DEC fees too according to their dashboard!!! No contact from them btw. "Hear" but do nothing and keep the scam up. Edit 2: Still no contact, a month plus later. Even after their post below. Edit 3: They closed my account finally. Took their $1300 blood money and sent me back around $100. DID NOT CONTACT ME ONCE. NOT ONCE.

Nov 11,2022I decided I no longer want to go through with my agreement with Turnbull and I’ve emailed their support FIVE times as well as called multiple times where they just HANG UP ON ME. they don’t respond to my emails and I’m so incredibly frustrated. AVOID THEM.

Oct 28,2022MY TURNBULL ATTORNEY CALLED ME FIRST THING YESTERDAY AM... EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND WAS VERY POLITE, THOROUGH AND COMPETENT... I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE TO TURNBULL FOR LOSING MY PATIENCE AND NOT TRUSTING THE SYSTEM. THEY ARE ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF HANDLING THIS ACCOUNT IN MY FAVOR!!! TURNBULL IS STILL THE BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE IN A LONG TIME!!! I have been very happy with the almost 2 years I have been with Turnbull until I recently, 8 days ago, was served a Complaint from one of my creditors to the County Supreme Court. I immediately emailed the document to Turnbull and received an email back stating the document had been received and that an attorney had been assigned to the case and that that ATTORNEY would be contacting me within 3-5 days. The deadline to answer the complaint is Tomorrow. I have called customer service and talked with 2 very nice young ladies who could really do nothing accept SAY they were emailing the legal department. Couldnt tell me any details about actions, no Attorney name assigned to the case, no way to copy on the email to legal and I have still not heard from anyone even though I was told that an ATTORNEY would call me within 3-5 days. If I am found default in this complaint and my home or wages are affected I intend on seeking an attorney to help me get all of my money paid to Turnbull back!!!! I was never late with a payment, under a lot of stress yes! But, never a late payment until I decided to go this route and was instructed by the Attorney to stop paying my enrolled accounts. Hope they prove me wrong!!!!

Oct 20,2022I originally contacted Simple Path for a loan. They explained things going on with my credit and suggested I try an alternate route involving an attorney to negotiate my debt. I was hesitant. I had never tried this before. I knew I needed help. I am so glad I took a leap of faith. A Turnbull Attorney contacted me. I submitted my first payment and nothing on their website reflects this. No one will answer me and I'm getting concerned. REVISED REVIEW: After speaking with support, I have gotten my issues resolved. I look forward to working with this ream further.

Oct 12,2022I signed on to this lying bunch of people for a set amount. 3 years into the agreement a lawyer called and demanded an increase in payment for 12 months, or they would cease working on the case and I would be held in default. I am at the end of the additional. A month ago the lawyer called and told me I owed more money to settle the same account. I told him it was for a year. He said okay he remembered. I just found out that he has tacked on 2 more years of additional payments. Dont trust these people. They lie. I am seeking Federal intervention.

Feb 25,2023I haven’t seen anything really happening. It’s all still relatively new so I’m guessing I have to wait awhile before I see any differences in my actual credit. Right now my credit is actually lower than when I signed up so I don’t know how it’s helping just yet. The creditors are coming at me harder now than when I just dealt with it all alone. I’m contemplating if it would have been easier to keep paying small amounts to each creditor. By that they would get payments and my SCORE would be back where it was. At the moment I can’t even qualify for an APARTMENT! Before them I was at least at the average credit (550-600) now it’s under 490!
