Things were getting out of hand. My wife was working, local construction work was slow, traviling work wasn't bad but few companies paid perdiam so after room and food little went toward home bills. My cards grew, I never missed a payment and because of my fair credit rating creditors were more than willing to increase my credit line. Then it happend, I'd make a payment and the next month I'd owe more then before I made the last payment. I couldn't afford to travil to work. I was upside down, robbing peter to pay paul so to speak. I took out two consolidation loans, big mistake. So, I turned to a friend who ran a family busness. I showed him what I had. He shook his head, found me help, gave me the number for Turnbull. Turnbull set me up on a manageable monthly plan where I was paying less each mo. I followed their plan and it did exactly what they said. They worked with my creditors. They said my credit would dip, which it did and made me a bit nervous, but they also said it would recover and I'm 2 years into a 4 year plan and I have a high fair rating again. They do what they say. I have never bankrupt or lost anything through repossession. I'm greatful to both my friend and Turnbull for the help.

Your representatives have been so kind and understanding of my situation. I haven’t felt judged or demeaned by the fact that life dealt me some bad luck and debt accrued because of it. I have been very pleased by the assistance I have received during this whole process.

My experience overall has been very good. My only concern is that I do not actually hear from anyone very often (we did play phone tag a few times without success}. It would be nice to receive an email update, perhaps every 6 months or so, about the status of my individual program.

Turnboll resolved some very difficult accounts with my creditors. They worked on my behalf. They didn’t cost too much compared to the height of my debt.

I have been in a program through Turnbull almost 2 years now. It has been very easy to navigate , and I am happy I did this, it saved me alot of money. When I call and have a question they are awesome. I didn't expect it to be this good with them. 5 stars.
