Mar 16,2021I was just curious as to why I was being offered a loan to help get the funds Turnbull needs to process move forward with my lenders settlement. It seemed self defeating, taking out a loan w an APR to move forward on a settlement offer. The young lady who helped me understood my frustration and helped me to understand. It still seems self defeating to me and perhaps a little shady. I was skeptical about debt consolidation programs to begin with and am only more so now. I'm not hardly concerned about debt relief to raise my credit score, but more so to help me manage funds as I was working through an ugly three-year divorce that involved my five children and keep from becoming homeless or worse. It seems odd that a company that handles so much revenue doesn't have the capital to make flat out offers. So I'm still a little concerned, but not overly. If my payments are still working to save me $$$ in the long run then I am good with that as is. C. Berton

Mar 01,2021I recently received a text message to authorize a negotiated settlement, but the website I was sent to wasn’t working at the time. I then received a message that my negotiation was being reworked and to wait for further communication. I again received a new text requesting authorization to which I replied with the code to authorize. This worked great! A little confusing at first, still don’t quite know what happened, but things worked out well in the end.

Feb 27,2021I am not pleased with communication. I need to have my next withdrawal from coming out, and I am in a location right now that has very spotty cell service. I need to be able to communicate via email and NO ONE will respond to me. I am very unhappy with this service.
