Feb 02,2021So far it’s been great but I am just at the beginning. I think the one thing that holds me back from giving it a five star review is the lack of communication once the program begins. My example is in the set up phase of the program it states send all correspondence from your creditors to Turnball. When I do I only get the standard reply. I think it would be better to get a email that explains what’s happening. Also an update email maybe every two weeks would be good just so I we know where we are. I look at my dashboard and that part is great but it’s not too descriptive as to what’s happening behind the scenes. So just more info of the progress would be nice.
