Oct 24,2020My card was charged on the day of the order. Two days later got an email telling me that items I ordered were damaged and new stock was on in it's way. Email address I got it from looked nothing normal, it did not contain the name of the person who was supposedly sending it. Two weeks later still my order had not been shipped. Sent an email and "big surprise" got no answer. No timeline was ever provided. My conclusion - this company is a scam. And why I am doing a review for US company on UK website? Calling my credit company to reverse the payment. Steer clear - save your time and money for real retailers.

Sep 10,2020The product arrived on time and without a single issue. The quality is everything I had hoped for. I found less expensive devices from others but have over the years been disapointed by pricing as a criteria. Everything has preformed flawlessly and I also purchased a second ear piece as it seemed like the weak link. It is however sturdy and I'm glad I bought it some field work and a yank and pull by a branch or some other obstruction I'm likely to encounter would make the unit useless. I now have every confidence in the products performance and longevity.
