Dec 28,2023Terrible customer service, the guy pressured me into giving card details and wanted me to pull over on the spot about 5 times after saying I couldnt as there was no hard shoulder. I wasnt told about any additional costs after paying the intial 1000 euro for my application and the guy just casually mentioned i needed to pay another 3500 for my visa. Terrible service, and I would like a refund on the 350 euro I was pressured into paying on the phone on the spot.
