Dec 18,2023So disappointed with this company's compassion. My daughter was so excited to tell me she was going to start her travelling dream and had paid money towards this company for their services. Unfortunately I had to then tell her that my breast cancer had returned. My daughter then appealed for compassion in this difficult time and asked for a refund so she could emotionally and financially be here for me. My daughter had only made a part payment at this stage. Their customer support team said they would look into it, but have not responded to her. It is so sad that they have no compassion for individual situations

Dec 18,2023I was nervous about having this phone call because I thought it was going to be really complicated. Tess Brown was awesome and she made everything very easy to understand. She broke it all down and I'm sure this is going to be a one step at a time process but I cannot wait to learn about all of our options that will hopefully enable us to come to Canada! Thank you!

Nov 29,2023hello, I dealt with Lisa baker, she was overseeing my case and she was incredible, timely responses, follow up emails to check and keep the progress on my own end on track. She is a legend! at first I was hesitant going with UIS Canada but that diminished very quickly working with Lisa. She was very clear, efficient and patient with me and all of the subsequent questions I had, just a joy to work with. Couldn't be more happy with my service experience with UIS and Lisa, the first round of people that you get through too at UIS are the sales team and they are a bit pushy but when you get your own agent they just everything so seamless! she's the best
