I haven’t had to use this warranty yet so I can’t speak to the ease of that but it was easy and affordable to set up.

So I’ve simply purchased a warranty. That wasn’t difficult so I’ll give four stars for that process. However can’t rate the company service or product in this situation until I’d actually have experience using the warranty. Hope I never have to do so.

I've used Square Trade a lot in the past, saw there was a competitor and thought I'd give them a try. The customer service pre-sale was good, I got an email response to a question timely and a solid explanation. Price was competitive. Of course, I cannot review how well they actually do when a warranty is used. But the buying experience is decent. So far, so good.

I ordered and purchased a warranty on a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner that I purchased brand new in the box from a local small retailer. This particular retailer does not print the description of the item purchased on the receipt so after I purchased the warranty, Upsie refused to cover my item even though it was brand new out of the box with no use or defects and I provided the only receipt I was issued

Signing up for coverage was pretty easy. My only complaint is that the 10 percent discount was not applied. Also when signing up I was asked the date of purchase, that date was a full 6 weeks before I received the device. My coverage is from the purchase date not the date that I received my device.

I kept asking how to register without a receipt as my gaming devise was a present…I asked TWICE. Every time I was sent an auto reply that I would get an answer within 24 hours, but no reply ever came…DON’T buy this if you DON’T have the receipt. I’ve also asked for a refund and still no reply!
