Honor your warranties. If you say you will give a warranty on something and the customer calls you on the warranty and then you back out and backpedal and come up with nonsense on why you cannot do the warranty that is why I cannot do business with a corrupt company.

I don't know why buying insurance has to take so longs. 3 days in, two days of sending my proofs in.. Still nothing. I have to question if making a claim will be even more difficult than buying their policy!

So far so good, my only issue so far is I buy a lot online and they don't give you a traditional receipt, Ebay for example because it's receipts of their vendors who use Usernames make it more difficult, but you guys should know this, but I'm having and issues with you guys about proper receipts, my takes is, you guys need to know how receipts are distributed instead of harassing the customer about them, we only give you what we get, you want a date or experience, well don't remember exactly but do have the emails...

Upsie has decided not to uphold their claims of coverage from their own website, they will hide behind the fine print, but will still falsely advertise right on their site. Upsie falsely claims “Upsie offers coverage on bundled controllers, but additional controllers can be covered a la carte, as well. That’s right, Upsie offers separate, shockingly affordable video game controller extended coverage...Uspie’s controller warranties also protect against accidental damage, including drops and liquid spills.” This is why I choose them, but had both of bundled controllers break and they will not cover either. Poor customer service as well, I asked to speak with the manager to have her explain why they advertise and charge for one thing and then don’t uphold their word. She simply said that I had already misspoke about one remote, so no coverage on the other. Very disappointing company, might look at making a complaint with the BBB. Got my son a Xbox Series X for Christmas, can’t wait to purchase Microsoft Complete coverage instead.
I fell for their marketing and bought several plans through the years. I had to file my first warranty claim. First, forget thinking that this is a 100% in-app experience. After filing a claim” online,” they are supposed to give you a phone call. Power failure and broken controller buttons are both fully covered. No phone call. Finally, after a week, I called them to be immediately informed that their system was down. Finally, after 20 minutes on the phone, the agent stated he would call me back in 10 minutes Five hours later, I got a phone call late at night when I was in bed. At this point, I am frustrated enough to leave a review of my experience. In this day and age, people expect to be able to complete simple steps to file a claim and be screened and have a simple facilitation for a repair. I should have stuck with a significant brand name. The next day I contacted the company again. They had no idea who I was.

Three weeks ago the washer in my rental went kaput, and I wanted to get it fixed for my tenant ASAP. I sighed a relief—after all, I had Upsie coverage on the unit and the last time I went through them, it was smooth sailing to get my dryer repaired…right? WRONG! The appliance repair they set me up with SUCKED! The day before my appointment, the repair place called and told me they were overbooked and they couldn’t get anyone for THREE WHOLE WEEKS! …what the… So I called Upsie again to get someone else out to fix my unit. Of course, I had to jump through hoops to get the previous order canceled…but even after I did cancel, the Upsie rep told me it wasn’t… …BUT he would call me and help me set up another appointment in a day or so when the cancellation went through. Well, THREE WEEKS LATER…still nothing. No call, no contact. Upsie sucks big time. They’re a big joke! I still have a year left on my warranty…but they’re a huge waste of time and money…since I ended up having to pay for my own repair! I’d like a full refund for my Upsie coverage, please.
Ease of use of the website
I am a returning customer and I received a 20% off coupon from Upsie and went to use it the evening before expiration and it said it was expired. I called Upsie the next day and they gave me another coupon code for the 20% discount. Great people and excellent customer service!
