Buyer beware. They a great on the front end when they offer the warranty but what a circus it was trying to get a hairline crack fixed on my phone.

It took forever to get a password that was still identical to the upper one as I opened the eye in order to see what I put in. Tried so many time. Then when, I finally was able to get it to go through to register warranty. It took three days to get it activated. It is worth your time to get this.

Signing up and activating the warranty was a breeze. Have not filed a claim yet so can't comment on that.

Nov 05,2022Can you give a -10????? Upsie ads state that you can get your phone repaired "same day" (mostly). Well how about NEVER! I took my phone to the repair place they sent me to (CPR...great place btw). They sent in the diagnostic. Four days later I finally get someone on the phone that states they have decided to replace my phone, but it will take 3 to 5 business days for their support department to make a determination "how" they are going to replace the phone. Really???? It's already been close to a business week and I did what they told me to. IF, (and that's a big "IF") I ever see a replacement I will be surprised. Said they are allowing $663.99 for a 10 month old iPhone 13. (The cost to repair was slightly less). Anyway, I'm out $75 deductible for filing a claim, out the premium, and out $259 for getting the front glass repaired so I have a freaking phone until Upsie decides how they are going to replace it. I use the phone for business and can't continue to be without one. This company is a total rip-off. I should have paid the $275 to Apple Care. Lesson Learned.
