Sep 07,2023Firstly I can not thank the customer services enough I think I spoke to a man think was Tony but unsure I was sent to this site from fb through a recommendation from someone who currently buys from them and with the same vape, now this is where their customer service excels I’m new to an electric vape I’ve just got rid of the disposables and the gentleman was ever so helpful guided me on the correct liquids for my vape and also helped me the next day on changing an order to some that are 20mg to 10mg as found the 20mg too much to begin with. The company went above and beyond to help me Scotland are lucky to have this vaping store as I’d happily love one down here in berkshire. Once again thank you so much for all your help will definitely be ordering more from you guys.

Sep 06,2023Customer service is shocking! I messaged and politely asked for the coils I bought to either be refunded or replaced. The first coil I used from a pack of 5 was great and lasted just over a month. The one after burnt within a day, so tried another and the same happened again and so on. The email I got in response was disgusting. 'you wouldn't buy a lighter on amazon then ask for a refund when it runs out of gas'. Wth!? I'd ask for a refund if the lighter wasn't fit for purpose like the coils aren't. Rubbish company, would not recommend. And in response to the company's response. F u c K you and your c u n t y little shop. Clearly Scottish, absolute wet wipe. C u n t
