I got priority overnight shipping roughly 30 somthing $ and its been three damn days thats not overnight shipping if yall cant ship yalls damn products even when someone pays for the most expensive shipping option take the damn option off your website and yes i ordered it on a weekday so yeah no excuse(edit) i looked it up and it was 39$ so yeah yall are a joke fr fr
They are a reliable trusted business. I never worry about receiving my order. There’s a lot of complaints here regarding slow shipping. Although shipping is ridiculously slow, in fairness you are warned about that if you look under the shipping link. I can’t say I buy the COVID this and pandemic that excuse, being that all the other vape sites I order from are unaffected. Still they had something I needed I couldn’t find anywhere else in the U.S. I placed my order and waited..and waited. It came as I knew it would. My other complaint is, IMO their prices are higher than other sites. They also seemed to have abandoned the hobbyists. Little or no stock unless your looking for pods or disposables.
VaporDNA waited 4 days after I placed my order and taking my money to then turn around and cancel it. If they couldn't ship to my state then the order shouldn't have been able to go through in the first place. I work in a bordering state and could have easily changed the shipping address if it was made apparent that it would be an issue from the start. Used them several times in the past without issues and was just getting back into vaping, but after this experience they have lost a customer.
The customer service offered by this company is just terrible. My order was shipped to the wrong state. I understand that shipping mistakes happen but the rep I was dealing with just kept repeating that they'd refund my payment when they got it back. In the meantime, USPS tracking showed no movement for 10 days. They still refused to contact USPS. These people are overwhelmed or incompetent. ***** In response to their response. I did not blame them for the address problem. I still think their system made the change but that's not the point. The item was shipped to a zip code NOT authorized for my credit card transaction. I really have no idea how the charge was authorized at all. However, the real problem is that a package was shipped out and is sitting in limbo in the USPS tracking and this company refuses to take any steps to get it back. Their customer service is the problem.
Four of the five Helix bars were defective upon opening. They refused to give store credit or a refund.

Former owner of an Ejuice company and veteran of the vape industry. I'm severely disappointment by the delay, service and RMA process of Vapor DNA. I'm on my 5th day and 3rd email to Customer Service since receipt of my item. They shipped a newly released $60 device missing parts and with a broken tank. The tank is covered in glass dust. The assigned customer service rep "Omar" continually asks for pictures instead of simply providing an RMA. I find it ridiculous that i have to handle an item that has missing parts and is covered in glass, in order to simply return an item I filed a complaint on withing 24hrs of receipt. This age-old deceptive customer practice is put in place to hope that complaints "time out". This customer will not time out until I receive a replacement at zero cost and my purchase faith is reestablished. This will be the first complaints of many.
when an ecomerce site doesnt list a phone number theres a red flag i purchased rba for my device it is defective / fake clone 4 days in no response from email support. would advice to stay away from this site re update absolutly scum thieves never have anything todo with this business. they have taken money from me and did not deliver product. they will not call me shadyiest business ever.
Didn’t receive what I ordered, what they sent me was not even available. When I contacted they to get it sorted out they just stopped responding to my emails. Took longer than 2 days for shipping, almost a week. First and last time shopping on this site
They advertise 2 free day shipping. They aren't lying about that. Once it ships it really does arrive in 2 days. What the customer doesn't learn until they contact support however is that their 24-72 hour "processing" time does not factor into this.Also the processing time doesn't count weekends. I ordered on a Thursday and it arrived the following Friday and just for a pack of coils at that. This seems like a deceptive practice to me. They use Covid as an excuse but I see past reviews (befoire covid) complaining about similar issues.
I was so excited to find a site that had the device I wanted in the color I wanted that I didn’t do my due diligence and check them out before I ordered. The device I want is brand new and selling out everywhere. I’m not waiting nearly as long as some of the other reviewers, but after reading theirs, I know that tomorrow morning when the 72 hour window closes, I won’t have received anything. As a matter of fact, I should have gone through Element, but they didn’t have the color I wanted. At least I would have a device, because I have a sick feeling they are going to, at some point, tell me they don’t have it, along with a please allow 10 business days for a refund. They copy pasted the same email to me that everyone else got and I was stupid enough to respond like it was a person, not a bot. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but the Covid excuse doesn’t fly when Amazon is kicking, the post office, fed ex, etc. I ordered an E juice from another vendor after I ordered this device, and that juice was delivered this afternoon. If you know a vaper, tell them to avoid them at all costs. If they ship within the 72 hour mark, I will eat my words, apologize, and repost this review. Regardless of what happens, I will update.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS I ordered from VaporDNA 30 days ago, I ordered 3 juices to Europe and chose the shipping method that would take between 2-3 weeks. It has been 30 days since and their excuse is that because it is international it could take up to 45 days. Can you imagine saying 2-3 weeks on the shipping method, making the customer pay 35$ for shipping and saying it could take up to 45 days. Un-fuc*ing-believable. I had heard good things about them but I'm severely disappointed.
Took a week to even process, refused my refund request numerous times. Worst customer service and do not pay for the faster shipping option because they can’t make deadlines anyway.
I know they are just going to put the copy paste covid-19 letter below but there is good service and there is bad service. Highly recommend that no one uses them. Previously they were great. No issues at all. Now shipping times are not correct and after item is shipped they state that they are now refunding my account for an item even though it was stated to be shipped. Also the correct amount was not reimbursed. If you can not make the shipping deadlines TAKE THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTION please take it off your site and stop allowing people to pay extra for something they won't get. I had to go buy a pack of cigarettes due to the fact these have not arrived. Thank you Vapordna for Maki g my week. Well, I should have came here before ordering. It's been 7 days tomorrow and nothing from them. No shipping email, no word about nothing. Just a copy and paste email about shipping delays that are apparently only impacting them. I placed a juice order and had to order coils from 2 different websites THE SAME day and received BOTH packages Saturday. Funny enough I paid for the faster shipping option so I could get my new tank in time and it will be the last thing I (hopefully) get. Personally I think if you want to run a business on your own schedule, you should put that in the top 20% of your website so people will know to go somewhere else. I'm so pissed! FFS just put the damn tank in a box and put it in any mailbox! I could probably mail you this review and it get there before you get me my tank! GET A MOVE ON! Update: After posting this review last night, I was emailed today asking for details. They just shipped the package. I will not be patronizing this business again. To have to resort to public humiliation to receive a product I paid for is inexcusable. It took you guys longer to SHIP my item than it took 2 of your competitors to have product in my hand. Response to reply: Why is it your competition can conduct business in a timely manner but you are unable? From the same state, mind you?

Very poor service. States 24-72 hour processing time before shipping on site. I ordered on Tuesday at 0800 and my order wasn’t shipped until Saturday. That’s 96 hours to process. When the 72 hour mark hit I asked for the order to be cancelled. Even though I already had a ticket open with the customer service email, my request was ignored and the items where shipped anyways. Slow, poor service, poor communication and outright dishonesty. I will not do business with these people again. There are tons of better shops online and you should take your business there.

Jul 23,2020back in the day shipping was fast. Now even before covid 19 it takes them forever to fulfill an order. Such a shame they are now typically last on my list for purchasing vape products. I would one star for the wait times. At least they always get it right and nothing comes broken.
