Dec 15,2024Outstanding from the start by greeting from reception team. Consultant explained exactly what he would do. Treatment provided by nursing staff and consultant was outstanding. Varicose veins treated with excellent results. Cost was about half that quoted by by BUPA. Highly recommended

Dec 14,2024I recently underwent a right leg EVLA treatment with Dr. Krishnan and Nurse Diana, (initial treatment 4/11/24 - follow up 14/12/24) and I cannot recommend their care highly enough. While the procedure itself was not completely pain-free, it was entirely tolerable thanks to their skill and reassuring demeanor. The care provided on the day was nothing short of excellent. From the thorough explanations to their attentive and professional approach, every detail was handled with precision and kindness. The entire process was seamless and faultless, leaving me with full confidence in their expertise. If I ever develop varicose veins in my left leg, I would have no hesitation in booking another treatment with this exceptional team.

Dec 14,2024This review is based on my recent visit which was a follow up appointment to my procedure which I have no issues with at all , in fact was excellent, however my recent visit was paid for in advance which was £300 plus vat and this was for a " A follow up appointment (+sclerotherapy session)" When I attended I was there for approximately 15mins , has a brief ultrasound on leg and told all was OK and no further action was required which again was great but the problem now lies here. When I enquired about the cost of this follow up and explaining that I did not need and extra treatment ,I asked if there would be a partial refund as no extra injections were needed. I was told that the cost was correct and the injections were in essence free of charge. Firstly , nowhere does it state the injections are free of charge and how it seems now is I have paid for a service that I did not get unless £ 300 plus vat is fine for a 15 min appointment. I do feel a little done over by this. I am happy to pay for services i have received but not happy paying for services I haven't. There needs to be more clarity on the paperwork for this as this has turned an excellent service into a session of money for nothing! After responding to my reveiw, no one has followed this up as their response said.

Dec 12,2024It’s hard to give a fully detailed review until you’ve seen the end result. Booked in for treatment for Varicose veins in both legs on 16th October, with my left leg having the most severe varicose vein, mainly on the shin but running up to the thigh. After treatment, stockings were worn for 7 days as advised, and my legs were already noticeably better upon removing the compression stockings. Returned for a follow up visit on 11th December and by this point was told that all had gone to plan and the results at this stage were as expected. The main varicose vein is still visible in my left shin, but much better to look at. I’m told this should disappear altogether within a year. Really happy with my treatment and communication throughout was really good, all staff involved were great. The only thing preventing me from leaving a 5 star review is not yet being able to see the end result. Should the veins fully disappear, I will return with an updated 5 star review.

Dec 21,2024From the moment I first walked in I was warmly welcomed by the lovely Phyllis who also made my husband feel at ease. I was given all the information needed for varicose vein removal at my consultation and everything was explained to me so when returning for the procedure I felt comfortable in the hands of Suzie with Cathie also taking great care of me. They both were professional yet kind and caring and kept me calm throughout the process. The whole procedure was over within an hour and I was given great aftercare advice. I noticed results soon after and any pain I had was managed with ibuprofen and felt regular walking and movement also helped. Upon return for my next appointment, Suzie was pleased with the results, resulting me only requiring 1 more injection. Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience with Veincentre Glasgow and would highly recommend.
